Investment Group CRM
The client had a massive and completely unstructured flow of leads coming from three different sources. As a result, it was getting increasingly difficult to keep track of leads and reward those who brought them. Communication between different departments within the company was another major pain point, especially when a case was transferred from one department to another one.
Now, with the new CRM system in place, the staff can easily create a new case, add documents to it, and forward it to the Legal Department for further processing. The system automatically creates a task with a detailed description and assigns it to the least busy Legal Department employee, or to the one mentioned in the task.
The staff can communicate through the system, and the managers can use it to oversee the work progress of their teams. What’s more, the system comes with powerful reporting capabilities.
SCADA System
The system allows its users to monitor and manage climate in industrial and residential buildings, including ventilation and air conditioning, heating and cooling, power supply and consumption, lighting, water supply and sewerage, smoke outlets, and fire prevention mechanisms. Using your computer, you can manually set the desired climate parameters, or create a schedule for climate control equipment that would, for instance, automatically change the lighting mode at certain hours. There is also a mobile app that allows you to monitor the climate control systems so that when, for example, an air filter gets blocked, you can see its exact location and mark the time when a member of staff notices the problem and starts solving it.
Night School
The startup’s aim is to build a convenient online platform where coaches can create educational programs and conduct lectures, and users can easily find the right coach or course and learn in a hassle-free way. The coaches can use NightSchool to create schedules, set deadlines, share educational materials, host videoconferences, and communicate with their students all in one place, while their students receive notifications about course events and have the opportunity to view them in their learning calendars.
Delicious House
The idea behind this startup is to create a platform for people willing to host dinners in exchange for compensation. Anyone who wants to host a dinner has to upload photos of their apartment or house where they are planning to invite guests, provide a list of meals that will be served, specify the number of guests they can accept, and set a price each guest will have to pay for the dinner.
Both guests and hosts have personal profiles that feature event histories and reviews. Guests have the opportunity to follow hosts to keep track of new events.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of MS Agency, a marketing and design agency. We design print ads for well-known beauty brands. We also do some online design and help with social media and SEO.
What challenge were you trying to address with Redentu?
Before the COVID-19 pandemic started, we were mostly in the office, and we communicated and created projects. Afterward, we predicted we needed to start working more remotely. We wanted to bring it online and make it trackable by creating a tool to help us track our employees with how they’d be working and what they’d do.
We came up with an idea for a software to help us see how efficient our employees were while working remotely. We needed it to work from any device they’re operating. It was necessary to create a software that we could install on our computers and devices, so we didn’t have to go with a subscription-based solution.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We first had Redentu do some market research to tell us what already existed in the market. That way, we could see what kind of software was there, and we could copy it for ours. They checked Upwork, HubSpot, and DeskTime and descriptions of certain features and developed the app for us.
We can count on the app that we have now and install the software on our computers. We can track the time the employee is working from desktop and from mobile devices. It’s available on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and other systems. The software can also do screenshots for a certain amount of time. We can set it every 1 hour 37 minutes, and the employee doesn’t know that. The employees know at any time that they can be screenshotted, but they don’t know when which creates the lack of desire to go to another website or social media while at work.
The software also gathers the information on how often the employee clicks on a touchpad or on the mouse, and we can see how they operate. They developed a browser extension and the software itself for us as a full circle solution that helps to control the work process and analyze the efficiency of each employee.
We’re currently working completely remotely, so Redentu created a built-in feature with an automatic report that we can see. For a client, since they pay an hourly rate and want to know what they actually paid for and whether the person working on the project is really working during this hour, we can download this report in the form that we need and adjust it based on the information that is requested by the client. This builds trust between us and the client.
They also developed a built-in project management system which is also efficient. We don’t have to use Slack or anything else because this is good for our internal team, and we can switch among the projects without being interrupted in their system, especially since we have different reports for every project, and they can run it at the same time.
What is the team composition?
There was one project manager, one UI/UX designer, seven developers, and two QA engineers. There may be more, but I don’t get into the big details. I spoke with the project manager most of the time.
How did you come to work with Redentu?
My partner had a friend who is a business owner. They had used Redentu’s services and recommended them. They said they did a good job and never tried to charge more, so we had a phone call with them and explained what we wanted. We agreed to start doing the project with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2020–March 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
When we were developing, our employees weren’t aware yet that they were being tracked. We didn’t tell them that there was an analytics system tracking how they work. After three months after the project started, we already had the prototype and we saw it on the computers of our employees. Some of them didn’t even know the prototype was there. For a few months, they were working without knowing that we were collecting information on how they work. After some time, we told them we were going to start measuring things. Through the internal analytic app, we noticed the productivity increased by 32%. It also showed that the rate of product closure was delivered faster by 15%.
Therefore, my overall experience with them was good, and we saved money with this software rather than having to go with a subscription service. Currently, we’re in discussions with Redentu about a new project for a website for one of our clients.
How did Redentu perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management was great. They were responsive and tried to always help and find a solution. Redentu came up with ideas for analytics, like showing how fast the employees close the project, which I really liked.
My project manager dealt with them on a daily basis, and I was present on two of the weekly calls. They received emails with reports of what they’d done and if there were any issues, they fixed them very quickly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Redentu came up with new ideas and proved they wanted to deliver the best solution for us on time and on budget.
Are there any areas they could improve?
From my interaction with Redentu, I can’t say there’s something even minor that I’d recommend them to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be clear with what you want and give them direction. It’ll ease the process. Sometimes, people say they want something creative and beautiful, but the definition of what’s beautiful can vary from one person to another. It’s important to have an understanding of what your main scope is.

Our company has developed a platform allowing users to sell and exchange products and view listings on their friends' profiles. I am the co-founder and COO (chief operating officer). I am currently in a project management role.
What challenge were you trying to address with Redentu?
We worked on this project for 3 years, and it's quite complicated. We needed to launch in October 2016 with 100 initial local users for a test. We want to prove our e-commerce consumer platform that allows people to buy, rent, or borrow many goods.

After completing the project, I immediately tried to use it in business. Of course, there were no results at the beginning, as we all got acquainted with the work of the system. But in a month we saw great results. It has become easier to process information and control all work moments.
In addition, last year Redentu connected my HRM system to devices that measure the temperature of employees and I receive a notification on my smart watch about ill people. It is very convenient at such time!

Their manager was in charge of all management. I do not know for sure, because I did not interfere in her work. But I know for sure that they worked on sprints and the manager was always in touch with me, kept abreast of all actions, updates, etc.
