Please describe your company and your position there.

My company RightApp4u provides educational content online on various software applications catering to different industries such as HR, Finance, Healthcare, Business, etc.

I am one of founders and look after day to day operations of the business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Red Web Tigers, and what were your goals?

As myself and my other co-founder in this business are not that technological sound that we can develop the online platform and content by ourselves so we decided to outsource the process to a company in Asia, and after having initial discussions with the team at Redwebtigers we couldn''t resist offering them to work along with us as our extended team.

I am totally impressed with the overall work Redwebtigers has contributed to our business.

How did you select Red Web Tigers and what were the deciding factors?

We were initially searching on various marketplaces such as Upwork etc but the quality of candidates applied were kind of freelancers rather than a team. One of my coufounder's friend referred us to Redwebtigers and we just finalized them.

The main deciding factor is that Redwebtigers itself has its own products which they do marketing for and we understood that we need an extended team which understands the whole process from software development to end consumer marketing.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We just had a vague idea of what we wanted to do, and Redwebtigers team contributed to:- 1. Website design and logo 2. Wordpress development 3. Content Curation 4. SEO 5. Custom Software Development for our Software Deals division (under development) 6. Paid Ads 7. Etc

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total 5 to 6 people worked from Redwebtigers team 1. CEO (Rubyonrails developer too) 2. Content Editor 3. Rubyonrails developer 4. Web Designer 5. SEO Executive

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the website within a month's time with 30 articles and then enough SEO done in next 6 to 9 months to rank at No:1 in Google for 3 top keywords. After this performance we decided to close the custom software development deal with Redwebtigers.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Redwebtigers uses Basecamp for non software development projects, and primarily Github for software development projects.

There was initial Gantt chart prepared and emailed to us with proper timeline to deliverables, and then these deliverables were broken down to be added as tasks on both basecamp and github.

We are very agile and thus were daily in touch with the Redwebtigers team on whatsapp, email, and zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found the overall business acumen of the CEO of Redwebtigers. I would say he is the real owner of my product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would recommend them to add TDD approach in their software development process. Rest is all good so far.
