Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a grocery company based in Denver.
What challenge were you trying to address with Red Rock Interactive?
We’re a retail startup, so we’re fighting for every dollar. We needed to create brand awareness through ad and social media campaigns.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Red Rock Interactive helped us set various channels like Uber Eats and other smart delivery partners and manage them. They also ran ads on those platforms and social media. We had dedicated photographers and content producers that delivered material, which they then overlaid with graphic designs and the messaging. They packaged all that into Instagram, Facebook, and Google.

We worked with 15–20 people from their team, including marketers, strategists, project managers, and designers.

They were referred to us by a friend. We chose them because we knew the work they did, they understood our goals, and our core customers — it was an easy fit for us.

We worked together from January 2017–April 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We increased our number of followers and engagement on our social media. Their efforts also drove traffic to our business both online and in-store. We had tremendous growth thanks to their work, and we’re confident that what they did helped us build our business — we got a great ROI with our investment.
How did Red Rock Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?
We had meetings every month to review metrics and our dashboard. We also used email and Asana to communicate and organize our collaboration.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their flexibility and understanding of our business were outstanding — they made sure that we had what we needed when we needed it. They also moved quickly and were affordable, which was also helpful for us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I know there’s always room for improvement, but they were a skilled team, and we were delighted with their services.
