Communication strategy 2020/2021
A luxury mattress brand Curem belonging to the Swedish concern Hilding Anders, appeared on the Polish market a few years ago. Today it is known and appreciated by physiotherapists and professionals thanks to Curem’s usage of new technology and inteligent materials, combined with research on quality and ergonomics of sleep. For the first time in history, the brand carries out such a large-scale promotion. New campaign aims at getting a wider audience and at strengthening brand’s image in their product category.
To give the brand a distinct character, cooperation with a great sportsman and active businessman – Mateusz Kusznierewicz – was started. He became the brand ambassador. The whole campaign continues brand’s communication strategy based on the claim ‘Work, Play, Sleep, Curem’. It consists of many activities, such as internet campaign, press advertisements, content marketing activities, website communication, changes in the product catalogue and POS materials in showrooms. As a part of campaign we also created a commercial spot, arranged a photoshoot, 3D animations and a webinar.

Ankorstore is a global B2B platform with the unicorn title. We work with them as ongoing agency support from July 2021 every day.
We close together hundreds creative briefs, dozens of campaigns in several language versions.

Moda Allegro - Spring Fashion Collection for 2020
The spring photoshoot for the Moda Allegro (Allegro Fashion) brand included videos and photos of clothes, outfits and products from the S/S 2020 collection. The look and feel of the shoot is light, colorful and fashionable. Our task was to create the visual concept and inspirational moodboards as well as organize the entire production.

50gr/ night - image campaign
Image campaign “Sleep and profit with SleepMed mattress!”, gain 15 years of healthy sleep for 50 gr per night.
The whole campaign is based on an assumption that it is better to invest 50 gr per night in a good mattress, than to lose money by not being well-rested. The campaign consists of a video ad, radio ad, billbords, banners, catalogue insert, roll-up and gadgets. The campaign aims to increase brand awareness and introduce a new SleepMed product collection: the SleepMed Plus mattresses.

Cookbook - dedicated illustrations
You can buy a Christmas gift in a store, sure. But you can also add some personality to it by making something yourself. This is how we created the „Wartościowe smaki” (Valuable Flavors) cookbook with recipes for GLS Poland employees, including Reliable Snacks or Hearty Penne Pasta. The choice of dishes was supervised by Paweł Mieszała, one of the most respected confectioners in Poland, the owner of Pawlova Confectionery.
We were responsible for the concept, competition, production, but above all the graphic design of the book, which owes its uniqueness to the original illustrations by our rebellious Magda Marchocka.

OYO Kitchen - takeout brand design
Spicy, sweet, colorful – that’s Indian cuisine. Designing for different types of Indian cuisine was quite a challenge for an agency from Poznań, Poland. Our task was to develop unique logotypes and layouts for takeout packaging.
Fastest growing hotel chain OYO Rooms wanted to use the full potential of small hotels’ kitchens. After breakfast, they often stay empty for the rest of the day. OYO decided to open an online delivery fastfood chain, that promotes and offers local dishes which are ordered through sites like Zomato or Swiggy.

Communication strategy - Polish Speeday Team
GLS supports the Polish Speedway Team as a general sponsor for the second year in a row. A wonderful sport with a long history provides a lot of emotions for all the loyal fans.
Our task was to map out a communication strategy for 2019 and implement it. We designed a key visual, recorded interviews with speedway riders, carried out a photoshoot of the team and, most importantly, organized and managed fan zones at 4 major speedway events – we were responsible for everything from coming up with a key visual idea, to production of t-shirts, temporary tattoos and other gadgets.

We developed a communication strategy for the new collection consisting of a unique photoshoot, three commercial spots, and digital materials.

WorkFlo by OYO
A new budget-friendly coworking space for creative minds, start-ups, small companies that are looking for smart solutions. Well-situated places, providing all necessary services and work tools, inspiring and colorful.
We have designed a logotype, brand colors, typography, a package of unusual patterns that gave the character of the entire space, visualizations of space and various supporting materials. In the first such space, just before its opening, we had the opportunity to be in New Delhi in March 2019.

Branding for new mattress company
Medical mattresses should be not only comfortable, but most of all – good for your health. That is why they must be perfectly tailored to the user’s individual preferences. The SleepMed. Match you claim defines the brand’s philosophy and shows a large variety of configurations available for a single mattress model.
We developed a multi channel ad campaign for SleepMed: the main visual identity element – a modern product photo session concept, a catalogue, social media presence, brand style guide and promotional materials.

Series of photo & video sessions for Allegro Moda.
For Allegro, we have completed many photo and video sessions related to seasonal clothing collections. One of them was modern open-air photo and video shoot for the Allegro Moda brand, showing streetwear outfits in the urban spaces of Poznań.
Agency’s task consisted of creating a visual concept and inspirational moodboards, organizing of the whole production, and the post-production process.

It is our pleasure to design such positive campaigns. In the communication we put emphasis on a very simple message – smile! We produced a 30 second video, website banners, posters, a webinar, and a series of smiling gadgets.

Rebranding and strategy communication for Siba
Strength and perfection are two words that have become the slogan of the new image campaign for Siba gutter systems by Ruukki Polska.
As part of the development and implementation of a communication strategy for 2021, we proposed cooperation with the brand ambassador. It was Olga Michałkiewicz - a representative of Poland in rowing, medalist of the world and European championships, currently preparing for the Olympic Games in Tokyo. The values that guide her in her professional life and passion for water perfectly reflect the philosophy of the Siba brand. In both cases, we are dealing with consistency in pursuing the goal and penetrating improvement of every detail, so that cooperation with water is always successful. A drop has become the symbol of the brand.
As part of the rebranding, we took care of the logo lifting and the development of layouts that with their minimalist form and the use of typography refer to the Scandinavian origin of the brand. The brand colors selected by us find their inspiration in the clash of the worlds of man, water and steel.

OYO is the tech and hospitality company that is the worlds 2nd largest hotel chain and have verticals like co working spaces and food delivery services. I am the head of global ovh brand and was responsible for new brand creations in all verticals of the business.

we were working on new business vertical of co working spaces. this was a new market for us and it required not just brand creation but a distinctive implementation of brand to create an impact. The identity needed to be so distinctive that it is easy to implement and attracts people's attention
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to launch the first 3 co working spaces withing 6 months and wanted to see out all the spaces by the 3rd quarter.
How did you select this vendor?
we went through the internal database of previously used vendors, we all reserved online for new ones and there were some recommendations as well. we short listed 3 companies based on their quality of work and turn around time. VP and the Project program owners were the decision makers where we evaluated different aspects of each company that were short listed. the reason we picked rebell because those were the ones who not only had the best turn around time or the budget but also had a distinctive design style we were looking for. their attitude to understand the business better to generate the best output was a refreshing.
Describe the project in detail.
there was 1 discovery meeting where we did a lot of brain storming to help them understand our personality and requirements. post that all interaction were over phone as we were in 2 different countries. I was the main lead where i shared the complete project brief with Rebell, that included logo creation, concept note, tagline, visual language, mock-ups of co working spaces, sign boards, website, and stationary . Within 2 weeks they provided multiple name options along with various identities for each name and the complete concept deck for each option.
What was the team composition?
best thing we liked was there were only 2 people we interacted with there was a broader team working on the back end. the strategist and the creative directors were directly involved with day to day updated and listening to our queries.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
the project was delivered before time and within defined budget. there was in increase of around 13% higher interaction on social media post launch than predicted. also we had large attracted clients via ofline marketing materials prepared by the team. the response was so good that instead of opening 1 brand "workflo" we open 2 brands "powerstation" because the options provided by Rebell was too good to not to be implemented
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was seamless. it was surprisingly smooth conversation and their ability to take feedback with open mind was impressive. their turn around time was commendable and ability of understanding the brief and execute it with such perfection was awesome! everything was managed on email which may not be the best way to do things but it worked well for us.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The knwledge of design implements, concept creation and the practically of the wacky design was something we learned from them. their openness to feedback and their dedication to deliver on crazy timelines we put forward without any complaints is how we felt like we found a partner in business rather than a vendor .
