Conversion Rate & E-Commerce Optimization Agency
We are the only agency that hired itself to build an online e-commerce business and optimize its own conversions by 950%.
Leveraging Amazon Expertise
60% of product searches start on Amazon, not Google! You’re either selling on Amazon or else you’re getting sold. Get listed, gain exposure, and protect your brand by removing unwanted resellers and hold MAP pricing with our team of Amazon specialists.
Driving E-Commerce Purchases
Everything on your website should intentionally lead users towards the end goal: purchasing your products or services. We draw on best practices as well as our experience with countless other clients to convert web visitors into happy customers.
Test It and Best It
The average website converts at a rate of just 1% because most online approaches are "set it and forget it." Reap's "test it and best it" strategy leverages the other 99%.
Advertise
In order to sell, it's important to have eyes on your product. Whether you're focusing on website sales or third-party sellers like Amazon, we can help you find the best campaigns and strategies to get people to your products' pages.
We Get Results
Reap is a team of e-commerce and marketing professionals whose conversion rate optimization services can help promote your website to generate more traffic, convert those visitors into leads, and help develop those leads into quality sales opportunities.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there?
I’m the CEO of Mashup Foods, Inc. We sell food & beverage products through multiple channels, including retail, Amazon, and online.
What challenge were you trying to address with Reap Commerce?
We were looking to acquire customers more efficiently through digital advertising.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They helped us with our brand look and feel on Amazon, and they enhanced our product listings and offerings. They also implemented conversion optimization on our website, and they helped us transition from our previous platform to Shopify.
The team provides ongoing digital marketing and optimization services for our Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Bing, and YouTube. Overall, their work involves scaling our digital marketing efforts, which includes creating ads, analyzing their effectiveness, and providing reports.
What is the team composition?
We’re working regularly with Brett (Amazon Account Manager), Clayton (eCommerce Account Manager), Brice (Amazon & eCommerce Strategist), and Jason (Chief Strategy Officer). We also work with some of their backend analysts.
How did you come to work with Reap Commerce?
Reap Commerce reached out to us, and we liked the proposal they presented. We were unhappy with the agency we’d been working with and decided to give their team a try.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $25,000–$35,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together around February 2021, and we continue to collaborate.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We track multiple metrics such as expenses and sales on a monthly basis, and they’re quick to identify what’s working and what needs to stop or change. Overall, we’re satisfied with the work they’ve done, and we plan to continue the partnership for the foreseeable future.
How did Reap Commerce perform from a project management perspective?
They laid out an easy-to-follow progress schedule, and we revisit it monthly to make necessary adjustments. We communicate via email, text, and phone. We have in-person meetings, too.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re passionate about providing results and are quite vested in the success of our company. Above all, they’ve become our friends, not just business associates.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We hit a slump for a couple of months when we switched platforms, but when we addressed that with them, they helped us get back on track. It was more our fault than theirs.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
The more effectively you communicate your wants and needs, the better they can perform.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and president of Parker Marketing Group. We work with customer-facing organizations, like retail, hospitality, and travel, to develop customer-based growth strategies in a variety of ways.
What challenge were you trying to address with Reap Marketing?
We’ve used Reap Marketing for a couple of our clients in the B2B space, since that’s not our usual area to work in. We hired them for SEO support to increase organic growth in search results and to run paid efforts for lead generation.
What was the scope of their involvement?
For the SEO efforts, we've worked with them on keyword research and strategy. They’ve also worked on lead generation and optimization efforts through paid programs geared toward the target audiences. Their process includes conducting audits and giving direction for updates to our clients’ websites
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with 3–4 people from their team. Brice (Founder & CEO, Reap Marketing) and another teammate have worked with me since the projects are in two different spaces.
How did you come to work with Reap Marketing?
I’d known Brice for many years and as an independent consultant, I’m always interested in maintaining strategic partnerships with specialists. Seeing him expand his business and having great results led me to try his services for one of my clients.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2019 and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re still in the planning stage and preparing to go into the field for the projects, so I don’t have any metrics to speak of yet. However, I’m very confident that we’ll be able to really rely on the results of their work to make strategic decisions.
How did Reap Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re efficient and committed to being on time. They always do what they say and follow the scope of the work.
What did you find most impressive about them?
In the complex digital world, they keep their work simple, practical, and efficient. They don’t have to over-complicate things and make anything harder than it needs to be. They’re focused and never have to compromise the work they’re doing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
As of yet, there’s nothing to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be very clear about the problem you’re trying to solve before assigning them the job. They can help shape the work.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president of a coffee training school. We offer coffee education and barista training classes.
What challenge were you trying to address with Reap Marketing?
We hired Reap Marketing to spearhead our Google Ads strategy. Ultimately, our goal was to increase the number of class registrations.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Reap Marketed developed our Google Ads strategy and oversaw our progress on Google Analytics. They refined and targeted important keywords. They also focused on converting our leads through email marketing tactics. This entailed setting up our MailChimp and capturing email addresses.
What is the team composition?
My main points of contact were Allison (Director of Client Success, Reap Marketing) and Brice (CEO, Reap Marketing). While I’ve probably worked with almost every member of their team, they oversaw all progress.
How did you come to work with Reap Marketing?
I’d reached out to several agencies that I found through a Google search. After meeting with them, I was taken by our sense of synergy. I chose them because they understood our budget and how to approach the project.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent somewhere between $20,000–$25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project began in July 2018 and is still ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Thanks to their work, our conversions have nearly doubled. We’re extremely pleased with their work. They truly go the extra mile and demonstrate an amazing commitment to their clients. Allison, in particular, makes it clear that she really cares about our success, and she’s done such a great job.
How did Reap Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been excellent. We mostly communicated through email and phone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’ve really gone above and beyond with their work. On a couple of occasions, they went outside of the scope of our projects because they knew it would benefit us. I felt that they really, really cared.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not really. With every agency, it’s always a process to get to know each other, before you achieve an optimal dynamic with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Pull the trigger—work with them. They’re definitely an agency that cares.

Digital Marketing & Analysis for Master-Planned Community
"The landing page optimization format worked well, converting at 2–3 times better than standard pages."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the former director of internet marketing for SouthStar Communities. It’s a master-planned community developer throughout South Texas Hill Country. I handled all of the website design and development, social media, paid search campaigns, as well as strategy and budget.
What challenge were you trying to address with Reap Marketing?
We were a small marketing group whose main goal was to generate sales leads for the purchase of land. We had to outsource a lot of our work on copywriting, creative design, and analytical reporting.
What was the scope of their involvement?
One of the bigger projects Reap Marketing worked on was taking design concepts that we’d developed and building them out on the HubSpot platform. They installed all of our tracking codes and set up goals and analytics. In terms of recurring projects, they did a number of A/B tests of offers, messaging, colors, and forms. For example, they tested a long form versus a short form on some of our landing pages. They also tested the effectiveness of us having a local telephone number versus an 800 number.
Reap Marketing tried to better convert our existing traffic without spending additional money. They developed a landing page layout that was optimized to improve conversion rates. Another ongoing project was identifying trends in our PPC campaigns. They provided us with a monthly report that made recommendations on how we could capitalize on those trends. They also created calls-to-action and banner ads for us.
What is the team composition?
Our main point of contact was Landon (account manager Reap Marketing). She worked with an account strategist who would pull together reports and make recommendations.
How did you come to work with Reap Marketing?
I worked with Brice (founder & CEO, Reap Marketing) at a previous company. When he left that position to start Reap Marketing, I was one of his first clients to come on board.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent in the range of $7,000–$8,000 a month.
What is the status of this engagement?
During my time there, we worked together from May 2012–July 2017. I believe that SouthStar Communities is still working with them.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Depending on the campaign, Reap Marketing helped us increase conversion rates from approximately 1% to 3%–5%. The landing page optimization format worked well, converting at 2–3 times better than standard pages. In addition, two A/B tests proved to be very successful in that we were able to draw conclusions from them really quickly.
How did Reap Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management was probably Reap Marketing’s strongest suit. We had a lot of fires to put out quickly because of the nature of our business. They were always quick to help us every time we called them for an emergency fix or update. Their reporting was excellent. Reports were always delivered in a timely fashion, easy to read, easy to understand, and very visual.
They have so many experts that add input to the data and the analysis, yet they're all on the same page. It's quite effective. We had a monthly call with my whole remote team. As I was the only one in Dallas, I met with them in person on a weekly basis.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciated the way that they approached their work. Reap Marketing's focus was to help us generate leads and improve our conversion rate optimization. We had existing business that was doing well but we thought we could be doing better. They maintained a single-minded focus on that goal for us.
They also didn't nickel and dime us for little charges like other agencies do. I didn’t have to worry about extra phone calls or if they spent time gathering additional information. They’re transparent in their billing. I wasn’t going to end up with a huge bill if we needed their help to quickly fix something. They were incredibly responsive in figuring out what the issue was and getting it fixed.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I honestly can't think of anything. I continue to work with them in my consulting business.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the COO of Kaemark, Inc. We’re one of the largest manufacturers of beauty salon furnishings and equipment in the country.
What challenge were you trying to address with Reap Marketing?
We hired Reap Marketing for branding and website optimization services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Reap Marketing built different websites for us over the years. Their team assisted with marketing campaigns, media buys, and ways to optimize the experience for our end users. When we first started using them for SEO and PPC, our first campaign was for a targeted showroom. Their team researches keywords relevant to our business and write content to drive traffic to our site. The content writing is a collaborative process with our team. Reap Marketing also provides A/B testing services to improve our website’s UX and generates email campaigns for brand building with interested parties.
What is the team composition?
We primarily interacted with Brice (Founder & CEO, Reap Marketing). Sometimes we interfaced with Tiffany (Product Manager, Reap Marketing).
How did you come to work with Reap Marketing?
We had a need. When Reap Marketing was founded, we drew on their skills.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend between $25,000–$40,000 a year.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Reap Marketing in 2010, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
There’s nothing specific, but the fact that we continued to work with them for many years is a testament to their work. While working with different strategies, there’s been an improvement in keyword rankings. The growth of our business is in large part due to Reap Marketing’s contributions.
How did Reap Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
Throughout the years, we’ve worked with a few different managers, but strong communication has been constant. Our team is involved in all facets of the process and consistently updated. We generally communicate by phone and email but have met in person several times.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their team brings on creative ideas and concepts that are also number-based. We can try different hypotheses on the website.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, it’s marketing, so it’s always a game to figure everything out. There’s never a perfect science.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work for a conglomerate that owns Maggiano’s. When I worked with Reap, I was a senior marketing manager.
What challenge were you trying to address with Reap Marketing?
They helped with email deployments and reaching our customer database. They also made improvements to our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our market sector is highly competitive, so SEO and standing out among competitors is key to our success. Reap specializes in conversion rate optimization. They built a great website for us and then ran A/B and multivariate tests on our site to ensure guests could find things easily and convert as needed. They made booking as easy as possible, and did email marketing to improve customer loyalty.
What is the team composition?
We worked with three members of their team directly. The project manager rotated, but everyone we worked with did very well.
How did you come to work with Reap Marketing?
They were our agency of record before I started working on this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
The collaboration started in 2010 and was ongoing when I changed positions.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They made some great changes to our site. Even today, our restaurant appears consistently in the top results for important search terms. They’ve helped us stand out and are a huge boon to our business. Conversion rates for banquets and reservations are up, and they helped us reach more guests on a daily basis through the website. Our database grew, and our guest retention is much stronger than before.
How did Reap Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
They managed the project well. Most of our communication was through email, and we met on a monthly basis. I was impressed by our project managers; they were consistently organized and handled themselves really well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I love their approach to email marketing and website improvements. I appreciate that they think of what we can do better. There aren’t many agencies who are so forward thinking about driving conversions.
Are there any areas they could improve?
My only suggestion is that they be more proactive with their recommendations. I would like more suggestions from them and guidance about what to do next to maintain an upward trajectory. Otherwise, all of their services are great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Hire them. They will make improvements to make your website perform at its best. They’re a specialty agency, and they’re great at what they do.
