Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of a landscaping company. We create lively gardens with lots of nature, flowers, birds, bees, butterflies, etc.
What challenge were you trying to address with Real Sales Video?
We wanted to make it clear to our website visitors that we make green gardens. We don’t do gardens only with paving. We have a lively garden with lots of nature, flowers, birds, bees, butterflies, etc.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They discussed with us what our core business is and how we wanted to present ourselves to our customers. They then made a proposition for the video. The video was animated. The video is showcased on the front page of our website and on Facebook and YouTube.

I found them in an online search and they made a good offer. They were friendly.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost was about 500 euros (approximately $600 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August-October 2019.

The video received very positive feedback. It’s a very happy, cheerful video that leaves a positive impression. It works well and is very clear, and it went a long way in helping our customers get to know us better.
How did Real Sales Video perform from a project management standpoint?
They sent me a list with questions they had and were proactive about calling me to ask extra questions to clarify what we wanted if they needed to. They sent mockups to see if it was what we were looking for. Otherwise, they’d make changes accordingly. They worked with us step-by-step so that we didn’t have to rush on it.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their team gave us extra advice to help us get a better video and how to expose it better online, which we really appreciated.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The questionnaire was first on paper and I told them it’d be better to do online. They made the change.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
No, I don’t have any advice in particular. They are any easy team to be successful with.
The project has been a success so far, helping the client's company to gain more widespread recognition and explain their services better to potential customers. The Real Sales Video team was proactive and organized in delivering a final product that the client was completely satisfied with.
