For Frontend they have used HTML5, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript and PHP, MySQL and XML are used for backend. REST APIs are used for setting the connection between PoS and e-commerce. We have many features implemented. A few of them I remember are multi currency, gift registry, subscription, bundle, related products integrations.

We worked with a Solution Consultant initially. A team of a tech lead and 2 Magento developers and a UI/UX designer is assigned to us who are still our point of contact for any query.

In the second phase we team focused on the conversion rate which was apparently very low due to site speed and the navigational flow.
