You have your vision. Radial will deliver it.
Radial Development Group believes our work is only valuable after it is delivered to our clients, their users and their customers. Radial designs the processes to deliver meaningful, incremental improvement every two weeks.
At Radial, our clients expect a constantly improving and evolving product, delivered at regular intervals (twice a month, e.g.), through a process that improves over time. Ultimately, this is what we deliver to our clients: both their product and a process for making that product better.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the CTO of Contact Mapping, Inc. We help people in the relationship
For what projects/services did your company hire Radial Development Group, LLC?
We decided to work with Radial Development to augment our dev team and address some of the weak points in our dependency management, local build processes, and CI/CD pipeline.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to have a consistent local development process. Specifically, we wanted anyone with a macOS machine to get up and running with their initial builds within 30 minutes. We also wanted to automate our iOS and Android builds and deployments to their respective stores.
How did you select Radial Development Group, LLC?
Recommendation through CTO Lunches.
Describe the project in detail.
Our flagship product is a personal CRM build on Android and iOS.
What was the team composition?
A project lead and occasionally support from 1-2 other devs.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were able to achieve the local development goals of being able to produce builds from a fresh laptop within 30 minutes. We were also able to achieve builds produced off PRs using Bitrse.io.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They were very professional in their communication skills and their adherence to agile scrum methodologies. We also kept an open communication between teams through a shared Slack channel.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Even though they were not specifically a mobile development vendor, they had a broad range of experiences among their team members and were able to leverage that to solve challenging problems around dependency management and certificates.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There were a few times where we probably could have saved some time by more frequent communication, but ultimately we met our goals and were happy with the end result.
The team succeeded in achieving the company's local development goals. The company was most impressed by the broad range of experience the team had at their disposal. The team was able to leverage their knowledge to solve challenging problems around dependency management and certificates.
