I am the Founder and Owner of Evangeli Ltd, operating under the trading name Desyr. We are a pre-money startup, gaining traction.

For what projects/services did your company hire QwertyBit, and what were your goals?

We hired QwertyBit to launch the Beta 1 version of our product, which is a web app. Our goals were to begin gaining traction in user numbers and to have a product for a community to grow around.

How did you select QwertyBit and what were the deciding factors?

Our Co-Founder had previously worked with Vlad in another role. They had an impressive website and fantastic testimonials. As a pre-money startup we were very low on capital and therefore had to seek out a lower price.

QwertyBit were very flexible and helped us to figure out ways in which we could bring the costs down.

We had several phone calls to discuss the project and what it was that we were looking for. The CEO, Vlad, then had 2 in-person meetings with me in London to discuss what it was that we were needing in person.

We talked about the finer details so that we were both clear on the requirements and goals. They firstly made our promotional landing page when then became our 'about' page. They then sent wire-frames of design and function. After some feedback the build began.

We would have weekly meetings where we would log in and test the product for bugs and give feedback on changes we wanted to make. Vlad and his team were always willing to listen to feedback and happy to make any changes.

We had Vlad as our point of contact, the Founder and CEO. We know that the whole team worked very hard on delivering our product.

Within our first week of launching, we surpassed our signup KPIs for the month by +270%. We currently have over 270 reviews on our web app 5 weeks into launching. Our users like the web design and say it's easy to use.

We had weekly development feedback calls with Vlad, the Founder and CEO of QwertyBit. We were in constant communication and am always able to message Vlad about an issue, if it is urgent he sorts them quickly.

We communicated over email, Whatsapp and phone. They use a Trello board to manage their projects and our CTO was able to access the board to oversee.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're a young team, as are QwertyBit. They have always been honest and upfront which I have found to be my favourite thing about Vlad and his company. They understand our problems and our goals and they work closely with us to help us and deliver the solutions.

When we have requested for certain features, they do their best to fulfil them within the project agreement and time. They also research into the best ways to fulfil our requests and present us with options for maximum value and transparency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The timeline took longer than initially expected but we were iterating the product and maintained a feedback loop to ensure that the product fulfilled requirements before we launched.

We would rather it took longer and we released a great product than meet the timeline and release a below standard product!

I hired QwertyBit to help with building a website, my goal was to have a platform that was userfriendly.

I had heard of the great job QwertyBit did for my friends’ projects and after talking to them, I was immediately convinced to work with them.

They did everything that was asked well and on time, understood my wishes and were very proactive.

I really liked how quickly they picked up and understood my website idea and even came with suggestions on how to improve it.

No, they did everything as asked and on time.

We have expanded our activity with an online furniture store and the old website we had was no longer viable for the new functions.

We found Qwertybit online, they have a young team with a good portfolio and a great value for money ratio.

I didn't know much about the process of building a website when i first contacted Qwertybit, i had slight idea of what the end result should be. We had a first meeting to discuss our needs and they walked me through the process of designing our website.

After that we kept in touch online. The discussions went smoothly and we kept the deadline. The end result exceeded my expectations since they didn't simply executed our website but enhanced my original project.

I mainly worked with 2 people, back-end developer and the project manager.

Roughly 100 new registered accounts in the first month without payed marketing.

They were very effective and efficient. Great project management. Deadlines were always met. Budget was respected. They found an excellent solution to every situation we met.
