We selected this vendor based off of a referral. After meeting with them it was clear that they were experts in this space.

After the initial discovery meeting, we filled out our ideal customer profile and sent over all the data points we needed for the target accounts. From there we were given a slack channel and were able to communicate throughout the project which really made Quilqy feel like a true partner.

I've worked closely with the CEO and two of the lead researchers.

Since working with Quilqy, we've tippled the amount of outbound prospecting volume and decreased our bounce rate to virtually zero.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Quilqy did a great job with project management. Having direct access to the the CEO and some of the researchers through Slack made communication a breeze.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Quilqy is very strong. Many other vendors have difficulty understanding the tasks and deliverables, but Quilqy just gets it.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Quilqy can improve on understanding the initial scope of work, but because of their open line of communication things are fixed immediately.

For what projects/services did your company hire Quilqy?
We wanted to quickly create content for our existing case studies that will be attracting potential customers. The catch was a very limited timeframe we had to do it, as our team was rolling out the new website that needed 3-5 detailed case studies published. We also wanted Quilqy to edit our existing presentations and blog posts.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Quilqy was recommended to us by a former colleague of mine as a very swift and flexible content marketing agency.

Initially, we had a call with Oleg (CEO) describing the main constraints that we had for this project (it was actually only 2 weeks). Later, Quilqy had arranged interviews with both our customers and team members.
They tried hard to get the best understanding of the case and use direct quotes as it was important for marketing. Finally, we exchanged ad-hoc updates daily in Slack where our team was made available for any follow-ups.

We had Oleg as the account manager, a researcher, and an editor.

Even though we haven't created as much content as we expected, Quilqy was impressively creative and attentive to details. The outcome of this project is 3 incredible case studies published on Auxility's website and 4 more awaiting publication at a later date.

We used Slack and Google Meetings for communication, Quilqy team was always available for ad-hoc calls and meetings, which was highly appreciated.

We were looking for an easy, cost effective way to generate leads for our New Mover Marketing solution without adding any extra strain to our small marketing department.
What were your goals for this project?
We were looking to increase qualified leads and overall sales for our new mover marketing solution. We wanted to become the premier choice for healthcare systems in an already crowded space.
How did you select Quilqy?
This decision was made prior to me joining the Strata team but extensive research was done and the choice was made to go with Quilgy. When I was looking to reopen this lead generation initiative, I decided to go back to Quilgy due to our prior success on previous campaigns over the last several years.

After we decided to reengage with Quilgy, we outlined the type of target we were looking to engage with, the copy that needed to be utilized in the outreach, the process of how the outreach would launch, and follow up procedures.
From there, the Quligy team began research and setting up domains for the outreach. We had weekly calls to discuss the copy, creative, research, and deliverable to keep to the project on track.
Once all of the task were completed, the baton was passed back to Quilgy to initiate outreach and present findings and analytics for the campaign. Then, as needed, we have modified the outreach, copy and creative for better results.
What was the team composition?
I've worked closely with the principals at Quligy from the start and they're very open to collaboration, presenting ideas and modifying plans as needed.

Since beginning out work, we've brought in 20+ qualified leads from the campaign that otherwise would not have presented themselves.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The project managers and workflow have been great. We check in weekly to review findings and results and we modify as needed. There's never a time that I don't know what's going on or leads in the pipeline. The communication is fantastic.

I've been blown away by the responsiveness and communication that the entire team has. Everything is incredibly organized and timely.
