Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-owner of a bakery located in Georgia where we employ about five people.
What challenge were you trying to address with QuickPro Digital Marketing?
We needed to do modifications and updates to our e-commerce website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
QuickPro Digital Marketing helped us with our Shopify website. The team worked on making the site able to take bigger orders — for corporate gifting, for example — and enabled a feature that allowed customers to make an order and pick it up in our retail store.
The team simplified the website design and created a better, smoother, and more efficient customer experience. For example, corporate customers had to purchase every item individually, whereas now all the information is integrated, and they can make a single order with multiple items in it.

The project was successful, and they were overall very good.
How did QuickPro Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
QuickPro Digital Marketing did a fine job. We communicated via email and occasional Skype calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality of QuickPro Digital Marketing’s work clearly showed they’re professionals. They really put a lot of thought into the project and helped us come up with a solution that works for our business.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There were some rare instances in which communication could be better. Sometimes I’d send them an email, and I would not hear back from them for 1–2 days. However, they responded to me quickly most of the time.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s important to clearly define what you really want.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m in charge of media management and assistance at a financial consulting institution. We provide financing for commercial real estate.
What challenge were you trying to address with QuickPro Digital Marketing?
We needed to upgrade our website with some features that we hadn’t seen in any of our competitors. We also wanted to make it more accessible and responsive to people. We wanted to have a lot more higher range clients.
What was the scope of their involvement?
As soon as I contacted QuickPro Digital Marketing, they made sure to ask me every possible question. I also answered a quick survey about what were our specific needs and niche audience. QuickPro Digital Marketing also got to know more about our personal preferences so they could gear the site toward them as best as they could.
The new features that QuickPro Digital Marketing added to our website were colors, animated videos, and elements such as light-up components. They also created a “news” page, where we could start answering more information about our business.
QuickPro Digital Marketing designed the “loan programs” page to stand out from our competitors’ websites. Where it said click to get started, people could choose which loans they wanted to see just from the icon. The bottom also took people to little summaries — I hadn’t seen this particular aspect on any other site.
What is the team composition?
At the beginning, we worked with three people from QuickPro Digital Marketing. However, we weren’t comfortable with one of the designers so we swapped out and we got two more. In total, there were 4–5 people.
How did you come to work with QuickPro Digital Marketing?
We put out an ad for $800 at the time, and QuickPro Digital Marketing's assistant accidentally booked it. We came into a problem because I thought their budget was three times over what we were asking for. Once I explained the situation, they were great and came down. They were respectable on our budget.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $600 on the whole project.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from February–April 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We didn’t have any metrics to measure our website online, but we had received outstanding feedback from our clients and potential clients.
QuickPro Digital Marketing helped us pick the color for our website, and it popped compared to our competitors’ black and white websites. Our clients had googled us and said our website was great. We had definitely received better reactions than we got from our previous website. It was a bigger improvement. That was probably the main selling point for us.
How did QuickPro Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
QuickPro Digital Marketing’s project management was great. They introduced us to their project management platform called Basecamp where we communicated. They walked us through it in a simple way so I could understand everything.
However, there was a little issue with Basecamp. It went down, and I couldn’t communicate for one week. I sent emails that they couldn’t receive. After that week, I reached out to draw up work, and we got it all sorted out. The QuickPro Digital Marketing team understood, and they were in a rush to make up for lost time.
Every time I had a revision, QuickPro Digital Marketing never complained about it. They worked on the requests as soon as they could.
There was a case when QuickPro Digital Marketing didn’t meet a deadline within the number of agreed days, and it caused a bit of a disagreement with my boss and their team. QuickPro Digital Marketing explained to us as nicely as they could that the agreement was in business days. They didn’t argue with us — they were very respectful. In the end, we didn't have a problem with it.
What did you find most impressive about them?
QuickPro Digital Marketing’s project process was the most impressive aspect. It was quick, clean, and simple. They had a lot of creative freedom. We worked with other website developers, and they weren’t as in-depth as QuickPro was. They didn’t stop until I was happy with the final product. Additionally, QuickPro Digital Marketing’s customer service was friendly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only two things I could complain about were that one week I lost connection with QuickPro Digital Marketing and the contract disagreement. Other than those, they didn’t have areas to improve. They were great.
Any advice for potential customers?
Be clear about what you want straight from the start because over time it’s easier to want to add more tasks, and the process gets complicated. Besides that, make sure to have good contact.
QuickPro Digital Marketing's partnership with the customer was satisfactory and rewarding. Although the team could improve on responsiveness, they cared about the project and complied with all the client's requirements, delivering a top-notch final product in an efficient manner.
