I'm the IT manager of a manufacturing company, selling and marketing via our website.

Some years ago we decided to oursource web development to a Swedish company. Outsourcing was good, but the efficiency and cost of the Swedish company was very bad. When we started working with QuanticEdge we have finished all our projects in time, solutions has been better and faster and support has been outstanding.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We started working with Quantic Edge on a small and not important project. Just to test if we were a good match. QuanticEdge delivered faster and more efficient than other suppliers we have tested. Communication is fast and smooth and they almost always understands our needs immediately. If not, they will ask questions to make sure, that we are on the same track.

QuanticEdge has completely taken overall development and management of our five WordPress websites. It includes web-design, programming, optimization and administration. On daily basis we work in a web based project management system where we report new tasks and issues that needs to get fixed. Sometimes they can be fixed immediately, sometimes they need further information and discussions. This is done in an online chat. QuanticEdge has adapted their working hours so that they now almost fits ours in spite of the time difference. The small difference which is left is just positive, since problems we might have reported in the night can be almost fixed when we come to the office the next morning.

We work closely with the project manager but we have also direct contact with all programmers and designers. Sometimes this is much faster and easier than going through a project manager. Communication is in English and is very smooth and fast.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Visitors to our sites are growing every month and so is the customer satisfaction. New functions and services are added continuously and our clients are very satisfied.

We have daily contact in online chat systems. Before the startup of each new project we have video meetings in Teams. All tasks and timelines are handled in our project management system ClickUp which everybody has access to. It makes it easy for us to follow up and always see the status of each task.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have outstanding customer service and always take an extra step to make us happy and satisfied. They are so committed to us that I would never think of hiring another supplier for our websites. We have a fantastic fleixibility both ways, and if problems occur, they will work more than anybody could expect to solve it more fast than expected.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It took some time for us to know each other and be aware if problems were because of cultural differences, communication or other issues. We now know each other so well, that we can discuss everything without being offended. It is very clear that both parties has the exact same goal.

We had worked with them on other previous projects with good success.

We had online meetings to discuss incoming tasks. After solutions and time frames where decided upon, our project lead would stay in touch with QuanticEdge's project lead via Google Meet, Slack, Trello, Email, phone, etc. WordPress/WooCommerce, PHP, HTML, Javascript, etc.

We consistantly managed to meet clients wants and demands on a timely fashion, making us a favourable partner for our client.

They were fast, smart, and consistent in timeliness.

None really! Having them closer to our timezone would have been preferable, but we got done all we needed to get done without any hassles.

I own an e-commerce website, AboutMurals.ca. We sell wallpaper murals to residential and commercial clients throughout Canada and the USA.

QuanticEdge is our go to partner for anything website related since 2018. From a helpful plugin to custom code on the website, they are there to always help.

We originally found QuanticEdge while looking for a plugin to turn all our products on sale quickly and efficiently. We needed some help to customize the plugin and they were so helpful and knowledgeable, we began our relationship with them in website development shortly after.

Whenever there is an update or issue with the website, we simply compile the issues in a Word Document with screenshots and notes and the team at QuanticEdge gets the work done. They always check in if they need clarification on an issue and don't stop until they figure out a way to deliver the results we need.

I always deal directly with Vidish and he assigns the work to the best suited team member. They have complete access to the backend of my website and I trust them completely.

The website always looks great and runs properly.

In the past with other web developers, I heard "it can't be done" a lot. The team at QuanticEdge always finds a way to get the projects done.

If the work completed is ever not what I had in mind, I simply clarify what I need by email and the job gets amended quickly.

We purchased the plugin and when using, we felt it needed some custom changes to make work for our use case

QuanticEdge Software Solutions LLP understands our needs well. We have really good communication despite the fact that there are more than 7.000 kilometers between our offices.

Nothing specif at the moment. The small things that have been, we have taken along the way and solved.

We need a plugin to add additional cost to the cart, we found a plugin that they developed and then asked for more customization

We need to customize the order of totals and discounts in the cart and in the mail invoices sent to customer. We also have discounts and surcharges based on roles so the order must be specific.
