We are a telecommunication infrastructure company. We specialize in Telecom tower infrastructure as well as fiber laying and communication corridors. We also provide triple play services through fiber to home technology.

We needed a website that would promte our tripple play services to attract mass client bases in Pakistan for Fiber to home technology.

I selected a reputable company that had an active presence in multiple markets and was not a corporate giant. I always prefer SME's that are proactively crossing boundaries and limitations.

It was the development of a website from the ground up, along with branding strategies and effective marketing strategies that we are stil implementing till day. I was the principal employer and hired Qtech to complete it. I provided a general idea nad Qtech did a remarkable job in understanding my vision and actually inspired me in the process. They are not only solution providers but visionary and instill a sense of confidence in your ideas.

They had a team of 7 people operating with us over the course of the project.

We achieved a 120% increase in our client base after the launch of the webiste within the first month. We have now grown to over a 1000 times the client base we had initially. It has been a remarkable journey.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was effectively comfortable with each member of Qtechs team effectively gelling with my team. I was merely given an update regularly on the progress and not once was i given an opportunity to question the work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Customer service is remarkable Work ethic has been the most professional ive seen in this industry. Quality of work was so satisfactory that I even had my competition ring me up and ask for my developer.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I believe they have the potential to expand in to a lot more markets and therefore increase there brand quality. But as long as the service quality remains as good as it is, I understand there reason for not expanding as proactively.

We started with sending an email to QTech requesting their services, and they replied fast to our request to join a zoom meeting, then we've discussed the project aspects and requirements, such as designing and front end We've used Core Java, Servlet and JSP.

Our main point of contact were the Account manager, but we also had a direct communication with the web developer and the designer, which made the job easier and finishes according to time line.

After launching our site, we saw a 65% increase in traffic, and our incoming leads doubled month over month thanks to the web development team. Clients love the updated design.

We had daily stand-ups with their account manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Telegram and WhatsApp for faster communication and coordination, and they worked well with our team.
