We needed help with web development and design.

QorTechno LLP designed and built a website for us from scratch. We provided them with a presentation, which served as a wireframe, and they came to us with very creative ideas. The website’s goal was to inform people about our business and give them contact information to reach out to us.

We only worked with a project lead and a developer.

We chose them based on their price and the quality of the mockups they sent us on how the site would look.

We had a kick-off meeting to frame the deliverables and timeline of the project. The First Step was information gathering and we had a detailed discussion on what we wanted exactly.

A Project Manager was our main point of contact and there were two full stack developers and a designer working behind the scean.

The website was very engaging especially the graphics used.

After first launch, there were some bugs but they quickly handle and solved it.

The vendor went a stringent selection process. They were selected on the basis of their professionalism and responsiveness.

A pilot project was given which followed by two more projects. The process includes content by us and development by Qortechno. The coordination was done over email, Skype calls, and chats.

2 people from Qortechno worked for us. One was a senior WordPress developer and the second was a mid-level developer.

After the development, user engagement and lead generation were improved.

It was an Agile project. The projects were given in phases. Tools used: WordPress, Photoshop, and Skype.

They worked until our expectations were met with full zeal and patience.

Yes, they should do rigorous testing before delivering the task.
