Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
We are working with the metric of CPO. We gave them the specific cost of this order for our business, which is about ₽550 [US $9] per order. They forecast the number of users they will provide us, we confirm it, and then we start working. Usually, they perform better than expected and bring us more users, so the cost decreases. This is another advantage of working with them and we are happy.
How did Qmobi perform from a project management standpoint?
I’m not copied on all emails, as I have a marketing manager who discusses the project every day with them. I know she is happy working with them. They are quite fast in starting new campaigns or in handling emergency work if something goes wrong on our landing pages or our service.
The communication is good, and they always make it clear when any issues arise. They usually send me one email per week where they describe all the stats they received and the timing for future campaigns. For me, it is very useful to see everything in one email. We usually use email for communication, and sometimes we use Telegram Chat for emergency situations. We also have meetings, but they are quite rare.
What did you find most impressive about Qmobi?
In Russia, we have so many different agencies. The key advantage of any agency is just to do work well and be communicative. Service and performance are the key metrics to determine if an agency good. I am really happy working with Qmobi. They are performing acquisitions with the right CPO and provide customer service at a very high level. That’s enough for me.
Are there any areas Qmobi could improve?
They could maybe have more creative initiative. They usually provide us with just simple and ordinary channels, like social media and paid search.
