We hired PurpleMindz beacuse we needed a solid company with records that could bring us more value. We hired them for the advertising, marketing, content creation and smart contract developement.

We found some articles about PurplMindz on Yahoo Finance and after we noticed that they have won several prizes.

After an initial meeting, we figured out what we needed in order to grow massively on social networks, then we divided in different work-teams and started developing timelines of our project. The collaboration in still ongoing and now they're currently managing part of our Discord and developing contents for PR articles.

They have many teams: one for content creation, one for smart contract developement, one for Discord management and one for ADS management.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We haven't dropped yet our collection but we gained lots of followers on Twitter, Instagram and Discord.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Pretty simple: we work in teams and we have a weekly scheduled call where we talk about important announcements. In addition we have a Slack group where we chat about the progress of everything.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We're impressed with their content creation skills, more precisely the creation of PR articles!

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

They had a member in their team that started taking clients from the company without any authorization so they had to fire him. He also was a moderator in our Discord with special powers so he could have damaged our Discord if he wanted to.

We were launching a new token and building our community. Our goals were to get at least 20,000 new community members and be able to work with 3 IDO (initial dex offering) platforms.

We looked online for different marketing agencies that specialize in crypto and we decided on PurpleMindz because they had an IDO package that fit the needs of our company.

PurpleMindz was required to create PR content, social media posts, graphic content, organize AMAs, organize an airdrop, and connect us with IDO platforms.

We had two main resources that worked with us. One was more of a project manager and the other created content for PR and social media posts.

We did have over 20,000 new members join our project.

Their team was very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. No issues there

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had some timelines that needed to change and their team was very flexible with us and worked to accommodate these changes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish we had better visibility into the clickthrough rate from their influencer marketing. I could tell that they were the most effective but I don't have clear metrics.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We specifically told them before we signed the contract that we wanted real interactions/followers and people truly interested in the crypto world, that we didn't care about vanity numbers. They did 100% opposite. They got fake accounts to follow/like/share on social media which brought zero value to our project.

We called them out several times to say stop sending fake attention to our project and market us honorably, they could not/ did not. We paid them over 12k usd and they provided fake everything and were very unprofessional, especially on our discord channel.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly meetings with serval team members and they not only delayed work, they tried providing us copied work from similar projects that had nothing to do with us. They never took the time to truly learn about our project and do what was asked of them

What did you find most impressive about this company?

There was absolutely nothing impressive about TokenMinds and their integrity or honorable work they provided.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

TokenMinds needed to learn to listen and respect their clients' wishes. They need to learn how to provide work in a timely manner and not wait until the last moment to provide incomplete assignments. They need to learn how to honor their clients and work in their best interests.

They need to learn how to respond to their clients when we reach out and let them know we are not happy and they need to learn to market and promote their clients without fake accounts.

I am a co-founder of a Play 2 Earn crypto/gaming mobile app. We have been building crypto community around it and developing our own Token DBLIT.

We were first analysing our project from the sales and marketing perspective while developing a marketing strategy for social media, assigning community managers and copywriters for Whitepaper creation. Also we worked with them on establishing scheduled for all of our marketing materials on a daily level.

We had 3 community managers, few copywriters and social media schedulers along side design team and main project manager.

Airdrop campaing was really successfull while attracting and building our communities way more faster then we imagined (over 12k people joined our community in under 48h). Besides that regular social media posting on Twitter, Telegram and Discord made a lot kf updates about our project being communicated with the community on a daily level.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Highly effective, with lots of daily communications via telegram groups, via conference meetings and straighforward feedback on the requirments and outcomes right away. We really appreciate daily updates and realistic communication about path and roadmap up ahead.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are covering 360 degrees — full cycle of our crypto marketing needs. They are also always suggesting ways for improvement and pivoting towards community feedback while analyzing it and making decissions based on it. We really liked that approach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We do honestly think that they could have done a bit more research while doing copywriting services for our whitepaper as some of the topics were not fully scoped out in a proper way. This didnt affected our final product and it didnt interfere a lot with our marketing around whitepaper. This is just our own 2 cents on that topic.

• We got good growth for community and social media. For now we paused on the project and got to refine our project before we resume on the NFT drop. The growth was great and we got a lot of organic members and investors. Tokenminds also helped us with the optimization of the project roadmap

They delivered most stuff ontime, based on the timeline we agreed. A few not that ideal while it was mainly because we had some changes on our plan
