How did you select this vendor?
Our partners recommended Proxima to us. We requested a commercial offer from the agency and three other companies. Proxima offered optimal conditions for the implementation of the project. Their cost estimate was not the lowest. But after taking into account their work experience, the timing, and the impression they made at the meeting, we decided to sign a contract with them.
Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?
The process of developing a website in an agency is perfectly fine. We had poorly prepared their introductory information. The company manager held two interviews to collect preliminary information, after which active work began.
During the design we worked directly with their business analyst. Both the art director and the manager created the the presentation design.
Technical development also went smoothly. We only communicated with a manager, who was competent and experienced. After the development, we were trained on and advised about further possible strategies to promote the site.
What was the team composition?
The agency manager selected the team, which consisted of a manager, a business analyst, an art director, a designer, and two developers. The team did not change throughout the whole project.
