I’m a partner at a law firm. We focus on legal services for business.

We engaged Prostir to create a solution to automate reports and documentation.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to reduce how long it takes to draft standard legal reports and documents. However, we lacked the in-house resources to create a solution ourselves.

Prostir demonstrated programming expertise and experience in creating similar solutions, so we chose them for this project.

We first met with Prostir to discuss our concept. We next met to sketch options and clarify our idea. After that, Prostir provided us with a preliminary description of the technical requirements. We agreed on the draft and the quote before starting the project. Prostir then developed the solution. We supplied feedback and corrections at weekly meetings, and our legal team provided their developers with content.

What was the team composition?

We work with a project manager and a team of developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The solution saves our team two months of routine work per year. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Prostir created a well-defined project description. The project manager always keeps in touch, responds promptly to our inquiries, and provide relevant comments as needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their detailed tasks, excellent communication, and timely delivery stand out most to us. 

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, we’re happy with their work. Prostir met all requirements, and we continue to adjust the solution based on updates in legislation and client requirements.
