I am the director of business management at Recipharm, a pharmaceutical company.

What challenge were you trying to address with ProStar SEO?

ProStar SEO helped us with lead generation and SEO efforts. 

What was the scope of their involvement?

ProStar SEO leads our SEO and lead generation efforts. They take a very scientific approach to optimizing our website content. Their team analyzes our competitors, our website, and our messaging to ensure that they truly optimize each page of our website. ProStar SEO is very detailed in their approach and finetunes the headlines on each web page, going line by line to ensure our messaging and capabilities are translated into our content. 

The ​​ProStar SEO team models our market competitors' search results and updates our keywords to ensure that we are ranked higher than competitors. However, they have not invested in backlinks.

I worked with two teammates from ProStar SEO, including Eric (Leader). 

How did you come to work with ProStar SEO?

I found ProStar SEO through an organic online search and hired them because they are leaders in their industry. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with ProStar SEO in January 2021 and our engagement is ongoing. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I don't manage the SEO project, so I don't have specific numbers. However, I know that ProStar SEO's work has led to significant increases in client inquiries. The results have been exactly what we wanted — they've driven the growth we needed. 

How did ProStar SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

ProStar SEO hit their deadline — we never felt like we didn't have what we needed from ProStar SEO. We didn't have to chase them down for deliverables, and they were flexible with our slower turnaround times. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

ProStar SEO is at the forefront of their industry regarding their knowledge base and apply it well; they brought a lot of value to our project. Their prices and approach to the market set them apart — their services are much better than anything else available today.

I can't think of anything for them to improve.

I am the CEO of Miummium Global. MiumMium is a trusted community marketplace that allows consumers to explore menus, research personal chefs and book unparalleled at-home culinary experiences.

For what projects/services did your company hire ProStar SEO, and what were your goals?

I hired ProsStar to Help with our Search Engine Optimization; the goal was to bring us at the top of google pages and make us the best in big cities around the world. We also hired them to help with with our PPC campaign.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected ProStar SEO because they were able to demonstrate success in other PPC Campaigns they had run in their time along with their fresh and up to date techniques in Search engine optimization.

ProStar has completely rewritten our website and produced landing pages for 8500 cities in 3 different languages. They deliver optimized blogs monthly which continue to increase our traffic. ProStar SEO also supplements our growth with Google PPC campaign in strategic location such as Miami, Toronto or Paris.

The vendor has a reasonably sized team all with people who specialize in specific fields; some are Experts in different Aspects of SEO and are the best at what they do; others are the best in PPC campaigns and are the best in this field.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

ProStar SEO Scientific SEO approach transformed MiumMium.com from a small Quebec City start-up into a global player that is now offering its services in 75 countries with in excess of 5000 chefs available online.

We are now top in Search engine of multiple key words in the biggest cities around the world along with a proven click rate with PPC Campaigns.  We are now getting over 50 000 visitors per month, mainly on important keywords such as “personal chef city name”.

Today MiumMium.com is the 2nd largest Personal Chef Marketplace in the world and we owe this result to their work. They're the best investment we've ever done.

Prostar SEO has a very casual vibe yet with the best professional feel behind it. You fell like they take the time to go over the details and explain to you exactly what it is that they are doing. I believe it is a standard company structure with head management and supervisors, but every feels like they have a say and an input.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Results! Prosatr SEO Really helped with getting our company to the top of the search engine and really delivered results with PPC Campaigns. That paired with how please and positive the team is; what a great experience!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing to add to this. I have been beyond pleased with the SEO results provided by Prostar SEO
