Website design for American CPA start-up Kinline
Following on from our work naming and branding Kinline we developed a responsive website to showcase the company's services and approach.
Utilising the brand colours we developed for Kinline, founder Alex was keen that the website avoided the cliches we often find in accountants and CPA websites.
Alex wanted to communicate his forward-thinking approach to working with his clients, from the high level of client communication he provides, to the utilisation of modern technology and apps to create efficient methods of working.

Naming, branding and website design for Kinline CPAs
Alex approached Prosper to develop his yet unnamed company's branding and website design. With no current branding or online presence whatsoever, Alex worked with Prosper through our brand strategy workshop to uncover the motivations, objectives and values that compelled Alex to start his new company from scratch. We worked with Alex on a detailed brand strategy questionnaire to understand who his target audience is, what his point of differentiation is for his new company, and how he would approach working with his clients.
After completing the brand strategy workshop we began the naming process, working with Alex to drill down through his thoughts and ideas to formulate a company name that was both memorable and meaningful, and of course different to the common trends we see in CPA and accountancy brand naming. From here, armed with the information we uncovered through our strategy workshop and a new name, we set about designing a brand identity that would serve to represent Alex's vision, and importantly, differentiate Alex's firm and resonate with his target audience.

Website design for Riordan O'Sullivan & Co
Helping long-established accountancy firm Riordan O'Sullivan and Co communicate their expertise and long term client relationships via copywriting and website design.
Riordan's had no real web presence online or on social media, and in late 2020 they felt it was time to develop a website that spoke of the longevity and experience that the firm had developed.
Via brand workshops, copywriting workshops and website development, Prosper was tasked with positioning the firm as the credible and deeply knowledgeable experts they have become over the last 50 years.

Branding for 6 CATS International
Creating memorable and eye-catching branding for this award-winning compliance firm.
Following a company divestment, 6 Cats International were looking at ways to introduce and establish their change of name to their market.
They wanted to communicate the origins of their new name – Compliance Advice and Tax Solutions (CATS) – with a simple, modern logo design that could be easily adapted to suit any of its internal and external materials. The management team also wanted to educate its staff on the importance of adhering to consistent branding practices.

Website Design for Zyla Accountants
A colourful, responsive website and blogging platform for London based Zyla Accountants
Prosper produced a website for Zyla Accountants that communicated clearly to their audience how their pro-active approach can help their clients' businesses grow. The website is a continuation of the new branding undertaken by Prosper and reflects the company values of "accountants that go the extra mile for their clients".

Website design for Numerity
Positioning Numerity as the outsourced CFO and accountancy practice for Canadian business owners and entrepreneurs.
Following on from our successful branding and positioning of Canadian accountancy firm Numerity, Prosper was asked to undertake the website development for the company. With no current online presence to speak of, the owners were looking for a website that would communicate the values held by the company and the services they offer. The client wanted to publish regular insights and articles for their clients, so required a blogging functionality and Content Management System.

Branding and naming for Numerity
Branding and naming Canadian accountancy firm Numerity
The current company had no branding or web presence to speak of, and the owners were acutely aware of the importance of having an online presence and a position in the market.
Prosper was tasked with developing a new name for the company and then it's brand identity. We carried out a Brand Strategy workshop with the directors, as well as a copywriting workshop to identify their objectives, goals and target audience.

Branding for Zyla Accountants
Differentiating Zyla Accountants with a bold and colourful brand identity
Zyla Accountants co-founders Suzy Kerton and Latha Bala asked Prosper to develop a brand identity and logo design that would differentiate their company from the many accountants that rely on traditional positioning, branding and the oft-used colour palette of blue and grey.
The brand identity needed to reflect the modern, forward-thinking approach that Zyla Accountants take with their clients, and communicate the company values; modern, client-focused, excellent communication and willing to go the extra mile.

Brochure design for Lucentum
Helping Lucentum show their 'Brighter Business' personality through printed brochures
Lucentum approached us in mid-2017 seeking a way to immortalise their brand in print. The team’s primary objective was to create a company brochure that could be handed out with confidence to prospective customers, either in-house or at networking events and trade shows.
The brochure needed to look clean, modern and inviting; it also had to provide readers with a comprehensive introduction to the company’s core USPs.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the owner of a CPA firm that just launched in July 2021. We focus our efforts on providing tax, accounting, and financial advisory solutions to a broad base of individuals and small businesses.
For what projects/services did your company hire Prosper, and what were your goals?
We hired Prosper to help build our brand identity, design logos and various brand assets, and ultimately guide us in determining how we want to portray ourselves to our clients and prospects.
How did you select Prosper?
We found Prosper through google searches and industry research.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
The scope of the project was fairly substantial, ultimately we had to create a brand identity, firm name, design logos and concepts assocaited with the brand identity and firm name, and then build a website.
How many people from the Prosper team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked with three people from Prosper.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
A brand that we are in love with was developed. Going into the project i did not have a vision of what i wanted for our CPA firm. Through Ben's vast industry knowledge, internal brand guidelines and workshop, and numerous discussions we were able to navigate our way to a brand and a brand identity that we are very proud of.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
I worked with Ben from the United States - we spent a lot of time working through zoom and email. He was regularly responsive, communicated well and frequently, and adhered to the project deadline at the start.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Ben and his company did not allow us to settle. This is a tough thing to do in the branding industry because it often involves having to tell your clients to work hard and push harder. Ben did a great job of this and did not allow me to settle for something that i was not in love with.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing particular comes to mind. Ben's process was awesome and we enjoyed every step.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the co-founder and CEO of Numerity Accounting in Canada. We offer online CFO, tax and accounting services to growing businesses.
For what projects/services did your company hire Prosper?
We needed a logo, branding and website to go with our new company.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We wanted an agency that had previous experience in our industry. We decided to select Prosper because of their experience in our industry, and the helpful content that the company produced. Also, the owner of the company was responsive.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Discovery stage, questionnaire stage to get a sense of our branding and what we were looking for. Assistance with business name. We were presented with three logos and the rationale for each. Then we worked on colours and font. After this was finalized, Prosper created a brand guideline, and provided us with the logo in various file formats. The website development happened next, with mock-ups of the home page and an example of the other pages. We reviewed the copywriting and were allowed a couple revisions. After the website was complete, we received a video from the owner explaining how to post blogs and make other changes that were within our capabilities.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
2 People. The Owner who oversaw the project, and a copywritier.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We hear lots of positive feedback about the logo, colours, and overall website.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Effective. We are not in the same country, but it worked fine using Skype.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their personal attention to us and willingness to reply quickly with meaningful answers or suggestions are impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Possibly the copy-writing state could have gone smoother. We felt that the brand questionnaire didn't quite align with the final product.

Please describe your company and your position there.
My firm is an accounting practice, of which I am the managing director.
For what projects/services did your company hire Prosper, and what were your goals?
We asked Ben to create, design and build our company website. Our goal was to create an online presence for the company.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I had heard of Ben and what he does, spoke with him and were very impressed. I then commissioned his business to create a website for mine.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
It was clear that Ben was the right man for the job after our initial meeting. We discussed my business needs, the ideas Ben took from that and what he wanted to implement. The website was created in a very timely and efficient manner, with my approval sought at the appropriate places.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I believe it was only Ben that helped on this project, he was certainly the only person I had contact with, and was always available to talk with.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our website has meant that we had an online presence that was both necessary but also represented the firm we are. We have regular compliments on the website and it is a source of new clients.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
I would say that Ben is laid back, creative but efficient and they were very good at what they does.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The individual approach. It was a nice to liaise with Ben throughout and not have to speak with anyone else on any aspects of the job.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I am very pleased with the website, the work Ben has done and would have no problem in either working with Ben again in the future or recommending him to others.
