Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a partner at Velocity Graphics. We do large format digital printing, dimensional signages, vinyl graphics, and wall murals. Our company services retail companies, conventions, and trade shows.
What challenge were you trying to address with Promethean Aesthetics?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of trade shows and events were canceled for a long time. As a result, I brought Promethean on board to help me advertise online and pick up my SEO performance.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Promethean helps me manage my SEO performance, social media, and website. The goal is to drive more business for us, including those not necessarily associated with events and trade shows.
What is the team composition?
I work with three people from Promethean, including Dean (CEO & Co-Founder) and Alex (Operations Head).
How did you come to work with Promethean Aesthetics?
I’d known and worked with Dean for a long time. We worked together throughout the years in several jobs; sometimes, we were in the same company, and other times, one of us was the customer of the other. As a result, I chose Promethean for this campaign.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The partnership started in May 2020, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Promethean has brought in more customers to our business — ones that I wouldn’t have had without them. They’ve also boosted my revenue.
How did Promethean Aesthetics perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is great. The team is punctual and always on top of everything in terms of questions and answers. Moreover, they come up with good ideas before I do, and then they present me with good ways to boost my revenue and bring in new customers.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Promethean does more than I expect; they go above and beyond what I pay them to do. They offer plenty of services packaged in their monthly fee that a lot of other providers don’t.
