I am Of Counsel in a boutique litigation firm in Washington, DC.

For what projects/services did your company hire Proleadsoft?

We hired Proleadsoft to redesign our website, to perform search engine optimization work after the website launch, and to maintain our website on an ongoing basis.

How did you select Proleadsoft and what were the deciding factors?

We had been working with Proleadsoft to maintain our old website and were impressed with the company's expertise, responsiveness, and problem-solving abilities.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The website design project was very interactive. We worked with a designer to decide upon the appearance and feel of the website and then worked closely with Proleadsoft to incorporate content. The SEO process was also interactive, with regularly scheduled meetings to brief us on the work done and its results. Proleadsoft continues to maintain our website on an ongoing basis.

How many resources from the Proleadsoft team worked with you, and what were their positions?

On website design, we worked with one designer and several technical specialists. On the SEO project, we worked with two specialists.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were extremely satisfied with Proleadsoft's work on both the website design and SEO. On the SEO side, they were able to demonstrate the progress made in our firm's web visibility with concrete data.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication with the Proleadsoft team was always easy and effective. They respond to our inquiries promptly. Whenever we had a matter requiring urgent attention, they prioritized it and solved the problem.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company's responsiveness and expertise. I have confidence that when I reach out to Proleadsoft with a question or issue, it will be addressed promptly and effectively.

We were completely satisfied with Proleadsoft's work on our projects.

Scholastic Interest Group is a nonprofit whose mission it is to assist at-risk youth living primarily in the Bayview Hunters Point neighborhood of San Francisco, California. I am the treasurer, CFO, and a member of the board of directors.

For what projects/services did your company hire Proleadsoft?

We hired them to redesign our outdated website and assist with social media.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have a more current website that was integrated with our social media pages.

How did you select this vendor?

We met the owner of Proleadsoft, Imran Alavi, at a Board Match event that people attend to either seek or become nonprofit board members. Imran was drawn to our cause and became an advisory board member for our organization. He provided us with a good deal of pro bono advice regarding our website and social media pages. After procuring bids to have our website redesigned, Proleadsoft stepped up with a significantly discounted offer that we accepted.

Describe the project in detail.

Rather than just upgrading our existing, old website, Proleadsoft provided us with a brand new, modern, and easy-to-navigate WordPress site. They held our hand each step of the way, working with us to write content and adding the appropriate photos and videos. Whenever we had questions, we were able to receive an immediate response either by phone call or email.

What was the team composition?

There were at least four individuals from Proleadsoft that assisted with the project.

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

Our website is much more aesthetically pleasing than before—it has a more updated look and it’s very easy to navigate. It is also now easy for us to update the text as well as to add/remove photos or videos. There is also more traffic coming to the site.

How effective was the project management?

The project management was very effective and they were professional, patient, and easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We find their willingness to provide exactly what we wanted and the promptness with which they responded to any of our questions or concerns very impressive.

I would recommend them to anyone seeking assistance in web design.
