I'm am the owner and marketing director of a commercial GC.

For what projects/services did your company hire Primotech, and what were your goals?

We were looking to design a killer website... we originally hired one firm and were working with them for a few months and we're just underwhelmed... we contacted Chan at Primotech and fired the previous firm. We've been working with Chan and team for the past 10 months continuing to build on to our site.... we get tons of compliments and traffic. It's been a huge success. Chan and team are so responsive and we couldn't be happier!

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We liked their site and liked the owner, Chan.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives and how we would work together especially since they are in India and we are in the US.

Initially just Chan and Naresh.... then a few more team members

We get TONS of compliments!

Considering Primotech is in India, we've had a very productive relationship with Chan and team. Primotech uses Basecamp so we post our changes there and they produce changes overnight. When we have issues, Chan has always been available to Zoom meetings to hash out any issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very easy to work with despite the time difference.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope!

I run Take Two Film Academy and we hired Primotech to develop our LMS site Take Two U.

I had a great experience working with Primotech, they were very easy to work with and communication was very effective and efficient, they also implemented change very quickly. I felt in good hands the whole time.

We work in industrial manufacturing and i am the Marketing Manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire Primotech?

We have a complex AWS integration in the back end of our site.

What were your goals for this project?

To redesign our site, and retain the advanced functionality that AWS provides us.

How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended to us by another agency that was not able to complete the work.

We had another team start the site, which turned out to be a huge headache. Primotech took over the project and from there it was so much easier to communicate and effectively finish the new site.

They helped immensely with the overall design of the site as well and the complex back end integrations we needed to make the front end function as intended.

What was the team composition?

Because of the complexity of our project, there were numerous members involved. There was a very steady chain of command and at no point did i feel overwhelmed or under-informed by the Primotech team. Everyone was fantastic.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We were able to maintain the majority of our traffic post launch, and we are showing improvements in the ranking of certain pages. While they did not do any SEO work for us, they made sure our complex functions worked as intended and helped give a stable foundation as well as a polished look to build upon.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They used basecamp, and it worked as intended. Everyone was great, and due to the nature of the project we did have to alter timelines slightly. With that being said, Primotech really helped expedite the process and made it much smoother pre and post launch.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have incredible knowledge of the subject matter, and they're willing to explain things in detail. They made it very easy to understand what they would be doing and to find solutions to any issues we discovered along the way

Are there any areas for improvement?

They helped with everything i asked and were incredibly flexible with our particular situation. I can't complain.
