My Wife and I are running a mortgage broking company and I'm the Director and my Wife is the Office Manager. We help the community to get ready to purchase a property either to live in or an investment property.

Improve staff morale, improve sales, improve processes and create a business systems.

Previous business dealings where we have the trust and the credibility in Mohamed and how he does business.
Describe the project in detail.
Review of the current business structure, process and systems and improve by allocating the roles & tasks first then establish the business culture, vision, mission and the marketing plan. From these outcome we then work on a better process, systems.

Husband and Wife with a view to add new staff in the next 6 months.

as from December sales has improve due to clear task allocation and better process flow.
