We needed a brand new look for our website and needed it to perform at the highest level of speed and efficiency. We required a service provider who understands this industry and how it works, to provide us a customized service with necessary feedback and guidance.

We have been following Prime One Global for a while, and have been seeing their top-notch work with many other projects and clients. We decided that we needed a vendor who understands the Technology and Startup industry to provide us with value added services.

We initiated with a requirements gathering meeting, and both parties engaged in a round of feedback and ideas. Afterwards, the timelines were projected and a detailed plan was provided. Once the project was approved, we were guided step by step with their internal Project Management Dashboard and skilled staff until completion.

We had a main Project coordinator who was in communication with us, and we had a common chat group with 4 members overseeing development and SEO work.

After launching the site, we have had 50% increase in our sales due to the new design and user experience.

We had weekly meetings to asses progress of the project and also conducted senior level meetings to discuss changes in direction and initial requirements.

They guided and explained every process they undertook and got clear consent from the client before proceeding ahead. Their communication was always swift and transparent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Personalized coordination was highly valuable, and we think periodical meetings to discuss upgrades and improvements will be an added advantage.

I'm a senior manager in Startup Ecosystem Development unit at a government organization.

We hired Extreme SEO Internet Solutions for one of our initiatives that served as Sri Lanka's premier startup conference and innovation festival. We wanted a service provider to cover the digital marketing including content creation while videoing the whole event.

Extreme SEO onboarded as an in-kind partner for this event and it was easy for us to work with this team as we already knew their capability as they've been working with us in multiple initiatives earlier.

First, we had a meeting to identify the scope of work and then had multiple discussions to understand our expectations. We came up with a content plan and planned everything accordingly. We had an account manager to communicate with whenever we wanted to get more details. We expected them to handle our social media content, content development (mainly the video content), photographs and videography of the event.

There were 5 people. The owner of the Extreme SEO, Manager, and another 3 technical resources were there with us to run all the tasks and activities.

The social media campaign was a total success. They have done multiple videos to promote this event by using some of the key stakeholders of the ecosystem. It drew a huge attention to the event. Number of views, Page likes increased rapidly during at that time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was really responsive. There were times I contacted them 3am in the morning as we had to change our plans in an unexpected way. But this team adopted fast and delivered what we expected by going above and beyond.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing I've noticed was their friendliness. It was really easy for us to work with this team as they listened to what we really want and explained everything in a friendly manner. And the other best thing I've noticed was, they take ownership of the work. They worked with us as part of our team and we never felt that this is another service provider.

They know what they are doing. I like the way they work.
