Production: Tourist Promo Brochure - Big Bear Camp
The client, a new camp in Donji Babin Potok in Lika-Senj County, wanted to prepare a new brochure for the first launch of the camp on the international market.
For the first brochure, the agency designed and wrote texts that present the camp’s offer, and prepared a finished brochure for printing with the designer. The brochure was printed and is now part of the camp’s marketing.

The 6th Regional Forum Of Family Accomodation

Due to the long-term successful cooperation between the Prilika agency and the Croatian Chamber of Commerce from Otočac, we have been invited to the partner organization of the 6th regional Forum of family accommodation in the Lika-Karlovac region. We accepted the partnership, and it took place in the specific conditions of epidemiological regulations.
The result was an organization of an online event whose live recording was in the premises of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce of the Karlovac County Chamber. As part of the partnership, the Agency organized an online broadcast on YouTube for all applicants, provided a photographer, graphic design of the event, public relations and communication with the media.
Also, the Agency was given the opportunity to organize its panel, which was used for our media Lika Club to open the topic of tourism in 2021. Panel discussion “What about (corona) tourism in 2021?” received great interest from online, print and radio media. The event was hosted by RTL journalist Goran Latković.

Campaign: Sale And Popularization Of Lika Potatoes

The agency updated the Facebook page, launched the YouTube channel, and administered the social networks Facebook and YouTube during the cooperation period.
Within the cooperation, the creation of creative visuals aimed at the sale of potatoes through the website http://www.licki-krumpir.hr/ was also contracted.
The agency designed and led the process of recording video clips for making dishes with Agrovelebits` Lika potatoes, and was in charge of active promotion of the video through the Facebook page “Lika potatoes”.
The campaign was a great success and increased sales through digital channels, all through the official website for the sale of potatoes.

Creating FB Store & Campaign: Sirana Runolist

The Agency arranged the Facebook page for the client, organized and prepared products for the Facebook shop. The product sales campaign was created afterward during the lockdown due to the Corona crisis.
The client wanted to place products, and organize online sales at the time of shops closure, which the Agency did.
The results were excellent and hundreds of kilograms of cheese were sold through these tools during the closed system, the so-called lockdown.
In addition, the Agency has devised a long-running “King of the Month” campaign that promotes one cheese with its specific properties every month.
Throughout the cooperation, the Agency has designed and promoted Sirana`s hashtag #SLičkihPašnjaka, which communicates the authenticity and quality of Lika cheese.

Promotion Of Hiking Trails In Barać’s Caves

The Agency was given the task to prepare materials and inform the national media about the opening of pedestrian paths in Barać caves in Nova Kršlja near Rakovica. Barać’s caves and hiking trails were photographed.
Following all the activities that took place, the opening of hiking trails near Rakovica was reported by more than 20 announcements, including TV appearances in Dobro Jutro Hrvatska by HRT, and visits of national journalists and TV crews to Nova Kršlja near Rakovica. Promotion Of The Event "Croatian Walking Festival"

The agency had the task of handling public relations with the aim of quality media reporting and communication of information about the project of the tourist board – Croatian Walking Festival to the national media.
For two years in a row, the work was carried out extremely successfully with more than 300 media announcements about this event.

The client had a request to make photo and video materials of lecturers and directors of the College and advertise them on Facebook. Also, a YouTube channel had been created which has identical content.
In addition to making video material and recording, the Agency edited the content. The video content reached more than 100,000 users of the target audience on Facebook and achieved great conversions.
At the same time, enrollment campaigns for university programs were managed on Facebook.

The client requested public relations, work on the brand and image of the City of Gospić, strategy development and other components from the Agency for the Procurement of Marketing Services in the public tender.
The Agency applied for the tender, won, and since April 2020, systematic communication has been conducted, which manifested exceptional media-measurable results.
The client received quality national visibility of his topics of interest, numerous guest appearances in the media (TV, radio, portals, press), improved parameters and contact with national media, and numerous topics from Gospić were placed at the national level.

The client wanted increased monitoring of its activities and events in the area of the City of Novalja and to gain visibility on the Lika-Senj County market and beyond.
The Lika Club portal, as the most widely read Lika media, enabled the publication of texts about city activities and events. It was all followed through banners on the portal, photography, field trips and advertising on social networks.
The multi-month cooperation proved to be successful, as evidenced by the results of the visibility of the City of Novalja, reach and clicks, and its topics in Lika-Senj County.

Promotion: Event “Tesla – Power Of Lights”

The agency was in charge of preparing materials for the media, placing information announcing the event and sending reports during the event. The event was a success, and the information was reported by many national media.

The Agency was in charge of contacting the media, preparing materials and placing information about the event in the national media.

Maintaining The Official Fb Page: City Of Gospić

The client showed interest in organizing direct communication with its citizens, and the Agency proposed the launch of the official Facebook page of the City of Gospić and its daily updating.
The proposal was accepted, and after a test period that showed exceptional results, the cooperation continued. The Agency maintains the Facebook page of the City of Gospić, conducts consulting and advertising of the page, and creates graphic design according to the clients’ needs related to social networks.
The Facebook page started at 0 and has reached almost 7000 followers in three years of cooperation. In addition, the Agency has designed the official hashtag #VolimGospic for the City of Gospić, which has been successfully promoted through publications.
Furthermore, the Agency created and implemented the “Greetings from Gospić” campaign for the Client, where all citizens of the City of Gospić could remember old postcards and photos from the city.

The client had to change their initial idea of creating a new logo for the “Month of Music in Zagreb” due to the beginning of the coronavirus crisis. The logo alternated to the “Let’s Sing for Zagreb” campaign.
The campaign was conducted through the client’s Facebook page and had an excellent reach. At the end of the campaign, a simple visual representation of the results was created.

Lika Club Web Redesign & “Yellow Is Red" Campaign

Our media underwent a complete redesign and reorganization in the period of six months. To mark the end of the process properly, we organized an event in Zagreb.
Before that, as an announcement of the new media, we conducted the “Yellow is Red” campaign. We have singled out the statements of public people given to Lika Club from 2014-2020, prepared more than 40 red visuals, published them on Lika Club banners and all social networks.
The results were excellent and the campaign went very well on all social networks of the Lika Club portal, and the portal itself.
The redesign was covered by national and regional media, reporting on the event we organized in Mimara in Zagreb.

Advert: Insertion In The Plitvice Times Magazine

The client decided to offer cheaper bus tickets, through the marketing of the print magazine The Plitvice Times.
The magazine editorial team proposed the insertion of an additional printed leaflet in the magazine and an ½ A4 format ad.
The leaflet was part of the fourth issue of the magazine, the summer edition, and the readers’ reactions were excellent.

Organization & Promotion: Effectus Forum Event

The client organized the Effectus Forum event. The expectation from the Agency was an invitation to the media and communication with them.
That included assistance in organizing the event, photography and other details. The guest of the event was the Governor of the Croatian National Bank – Boris Vujčić. All the national media covered the event.
Moreover, the administration of social networks was carried out with Facebook advertising when announcing the event, as well as consulting on advertising.

Promo Texts And Media Lease - Plitvice valley

Within the Joint Advertising of the Croatian National Tourist Board, the client wanted to promote the destination and event in the national media, including various market segments and areas.
The Agency leased the media, prepared and wrote the text, published and coordinated the appointments.
The campaign was carried out successfully, and the event gained significant space and positions in the leased media.
The materials show several promo articles performed by the Agency and their appearance in Good Morning Croatia as a sponsored program.

Administration: Fb Page “Visit Plitvice Lakes"

The Agency administered the Facebook page “Visit Plitvice Lakes” daily, responded to comments and inquiries, and advised the client within digital channels for almost four years.
The Facebook page had 400 fans at the beginning of the collaboration, while at the end, which was the beginning of the corona crisis, it had more than 37,000 fans.
The development of the graphic design was also carried out by the Agency. The site was extremely successful in terms of fan engagement, and the Agency also promoted the hashtag #DiscoverPlitvice through all channels including Facebook.
The collaboration also included field visits, photography of selected events and Facebook live.

It was quite easy. At first, the company name was catchy, as I found them on the internet and saw everything they are doing on their own it was worth giving them a try, I didn't regret my choice! Their access to the case and myself as an owner is purely friendly and cosy, it was not like you were working, it all was like on a good coffee with someone you had known a long time. I sure will get to them again soon to reach and grow even more.

The emergence and global spread of the coronavirus pandemic has posed major socio-economic challenges to the world. The results of those challenges is temporary ban and reduction of economic activity with an aim to minimize social interaction among people in order to slow down the spread of the disease.
Apart from the fact that the pandemic has resulted in a global health and economic crisis, as economic activity in many industries has been disrupted, it has also opened up other opportunities and alternative ways of doing business. Given that digital marketing enables two-way communication and activities without direct human interaction, we recognized it as an important opportunity to continue doing business, especially in a pandemic.

The Prilika Group proved its serious approach to business in the conditions of the pandemic, when it used the time of "closing" as an opportunity to restructure and complete its business as a marketing agency.
Thanks to the successful long-term cooperation in the social media segment with the only communication agency from Lika region, we decided not to cancel the largest annual gathering of women entrepreneurs in December.

The challenge was demanding because, in addition to the standard management of public relations and the administration of the campaign on social networks, it also included the transmission of events with a continuous duration of approximately 4 hours.
During the broadcast, some of the participants were physically present, and some of the panelists who were in other cities and countries had to be connected by video link. Through a series of professional advice and a gathered professional production team, the Agency has shown the necessary breadth of knowledge of its work.

We worked with a director of Prilika Group, a social media marketer and a PR marketer.

In this way, we were able to spread information and messages from the event to a much larger target customer base. Following all the activities that were carried out, achieved significantly greater reach and lasting visibility, as the recording of the event can be viewed again on the new YT channel International Conference. The livestream was followed by about 600 people on the Youtube channel.
