Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a software development start-up that focuses on developing innovative mobile applications that connects users and businesses. I am a co-founder of the start-up, and currently managing developing one of our first products.

For what projects/services did your company hire PrezLab?

We hired Prezlab to support us in designing content that fits our brand for various uses, such as marketing material (brochures, videos, sale pitch presentations, etc), digital marketing (social media content and strategy), and investor documents

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to develop content that portrays Totably as a professional product, built with care and diligence. We needed our brand to come to live through our media content regardless of the target audience.

How did you select PrezLab?

We sent out a request to 4 different companies that fit the profile in terms of what we were looking for, I felt most comfortable with Prezlab who came across as dedicated and understanding, as well as pitching a great proposal with a competitive pricing

Describe the project in detail.

The initial scope was actually very limited; design a sales pitch presentation that goes along the brand we have already created and loved.

Prezlab did such a great job on that piece that we decided to expand our relationship to develop a short video that explains our application which remains one of the best content we have.

Since then, we have signed a framework agreement with them that covers a range of material, such as new presentation for investors, social media content, web design, and brochures for various audiences

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a project manager that handled all our requests and is great at taking in our feedback and getting it implemented, although I am aware he has a team behind him, one of whom I spoke to once it came to some knowledge transfer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Its too early to tell, our product is yet to launch but the content provided to us had allowed to go into market with great enthusiasm and portrayed us the way we wanted; professionally developed and on top of everything that comes to our application

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Ibrahim (the project manager from Prezlab) was a great person to work with; he was understanding, full of ideas, and proactive. He also demonstrated that he actually cares, and has supported us in creating a better image than what we anticipated

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Flexibility and breadth of service offering. I was really happy to find a one stop shop for all matters relating to design and marketing content, we have been working together for quite sometime now and I don't see us stopping anytime soon.

I'm a product manager at IT Service provider in Sweden.

For what projects/services did your company hire PrezLab?

Our presentations had always looked a little traditional and text-heavy as IT presentations tend to. I always felt that it got the job done, but when covid-19 hit and most of our meetings transitioned online, the slides were a noticable area of improvement.

The decision makers we with are usually c-level executives who we needed to understand large-scale technical information in an easy-to-digest way, and our deck would often not deliver the intended impact.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to come out with a deck that really helps us deliver our value proposition in a logical, descriptive, and memorable way. We wanted the visual level of the deck to be as impressive as the software systems we present, and present certain information in a storytelling style with effective use of icons, photos, color schemes and illustrations.

How did you select PrezLab?

A personal friend of mine had worked with PrezLab in his company and was very happy with the results and shared them with me which sparked me to contact them for more details. After a brief on how they could help I chose to proceed.

Describe the project in detail.

We didn't agree to work with PrezLab right away, but were interested to understand more about their services and process of design. They asked us questions that clearly demonstrated their expertise and got us thinking how we could improve our presentations before officially kickstarting the project.

After a couple of rounds of iteration back and forth, PrezLab gave us a presentation package tailored to our requirements and business objectives. Great stuff design-wise and really emphasizes the messages we want to send. Really couldn't ask for more.

The design insight and custom assets they made for us has also been immensely useful for other types of presentations, especially illustrations which can be used everywhere.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have been using the corporate deck PrezLab designed for a few months now, and I must say our potential clients are impressed and so am I. It was clear that they were paying more attention during our presentations and a few of them even asked us if we had outsourced the design of the presentation.

We came out with a document that looked very professional and displayed our company's achievements and services with visually appealing timelines, funnels, process flows, etc.

The content breathed nicely and was easily presentable whether it was a live online presentation or we wanted to send the document as a PDF (with minor additions to the text than in the PPT format)

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I actually don't remember ever having to wait more than an hour to receive a reply on my requests. Our project manager would periodically reach out just to validate assumptions and share the designed slides as they became ready. He was also very accommodating when we asked to meet online a few times for deliver feedback.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The fact that they cater to many different types of clients yet deliver a very customized experience. Specifically as IT vendor I was worried our message wouldn't be clear due to the need of delving into technical details, but they handled it brilliantly.

They understood very well that we wanted business outcomes from this presentation, not just a document that looks nice. That in combination with the quality level of their design makes it a real gem.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I did point out that it was a little vague how iterations are priced. We had to pay extra for a round of edits and I felt this was not clearly defined in the quotation. I'm more than happy with the exchange but it would be better to start with a sharper picture of what the end product would be.

For what projects/services did your company hire PrezLab?

Our company is quite technical, and very information sensitive, so we were looking for a company who is ISO 27001 certified.

We as well needed skillful designers to help illustrate our technical products in an interactive, visually pleasing way. PrezLab also supported us in presentations, they were highly efficient and trustworthy with our information.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to translate highly technical information to a softer, more understandable way of explaining to our customers.

Their bilingual talents directed us to an great account/project managers, and creative talents.

Unfortunately, due to our company policy & confidentiality, we’re not allowed to share any designed assets, but we can say that they rebranded our way of story telling, and we received positive feedback.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

PrezLab was very attentitive, as well as emphatic, they understood our company perfectly, and respected our confidentiality agreement. They are ISO Certified, and it was one of the main reasons we felt comfortable it.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Customer service, and focus our company was very pleased with the attention to detail they provided. Effective close communication, which is hard to come by in this region.

We required support in designing engaging infographics for multiple campaigns for our social media channels. The goal was to convert our marketing content into visually appealing concepts. PrezLab also supported us in branding and marketing collaterals.

The goal was to optimize our brand with focus on our marketing objectives as meeting our KPI’s and ROI’s for our digital campaign.

They supported our teams in PowerPoint Presentations, Animated videos, Infographics, as well as social media management. Their customer services and continuous support provided us with the peace of mind to run our campaigns effectively and successfully.
