Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO of The Kent College of Hypnotherapy, a training college. I'm a hypnotherapist who works privately with people. I provide them with cognitive behavioral therapy, and I run adult education courses on our website.

I started working in 1999, but my website was developed later on. Currently, I work a lot via Zoom, but I was working in person in the past.

What business challenges were you trying to address with Presto Fox Media?

When the pandemic hit, I wanted to provide my services via Zoom, and I needed to have more people signing onto my courses. Additionally, I wanted a website that fitted with the type of work that I was doing and my personality. Therefore, I hired Presto Fox to do web design, advertising, and digital marketing for my company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

For the website design, Presto Fox gathered all the information, gave me a lot of possibilities on ways we could go, and changed various things for me. They also did branding for my website, which included helping me design its logo, define its name, and select a color scheme.

For the logo specifically, they showed me several designs and colors, and I chose the best one. Additionally, they designed the logo for another website of mine called mindconnections.co.uk, and they organized its sitemap and a lot of its pictures.

Currently, Presto Fox is helping us with our digital marketing and some social media marketing on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. They’ve also created and edited some videos about my company for marketing purposes. We’ve posted those videos on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Presto Fox has taught me quite a lot, including how to make my own changes to the sites. They’ve also offered other services like Google search advertising.

What was the team composition?

I’ve worked with two people from their team: Christine (Co-Founder), who handles the websites, and another person who works on social media marketing.

How did you come to work with Presto Fox Media?

I met Christine about four years ago. She helped me understand social media and did a little demonstration with some of my students on how to use it.

I found that Presto Fox answered my questions in a language that I understood easily, considering that I’m from an older generation. In other words, they didn’t speak a technical language, so I decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about £3,000 (approximately $4,150 USD) so far.

What is the status of the engagement?

We started working together in February 2019, when Christine set up my original website, and we’re still working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of their engagement?

Presto Fox’s work is very good. Certainly, the websites they’ve done for me are tailored for what I want, and they look great. Additionally, their team is very quick to respond whenever something goes wrong, and when I want something altered, they do it very fast.

How did Presto Fox Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Presto Fox has performed very well. They deliver within the agreed timeline and within our budget. They use Trello to track the project and show the progress, and we often communicate via phone and Zoom calls. Additionally, they’ve shared some of their designs over Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Presto Fox’s approachability and helpful nature are some of the aspects that I really like about them.

Are there any areas that they could improve?

I don’t have any constructive criticism about them because they handled our project very well. They’ve always been there when I’ve needed them, and I haven’t had to wait.

Any advice for potential customers?

Be very clear about what you want and how much money you want to spend on it. I would highly recommend Presto Fox to anyone that is considering working with them.

I hired Presto Fox Media for the website design, logo design, flyers, business card design and SEO.

How did you select Presto Fox Media and what were the deciding factors?

I was recommended by a family member, she said that it was the best service they have used and i couldn't agree more.

Presto Fox Media introduced themselves on a zoom call and showed me different designs to see what kind of design i would like, they then recommended different texts / colours that would attract my customers as I was aiming for a high quality clientele.

They did different designs of the logo to see which one i would like, they were very fast to design it and had a lot of ideas for it that suited my brand and fitted with my website. After the logo design they designed my website, with a few calls to ensure i was happy with that they had done and if any changed needed to be made.

They were very organised, punctual and extremely friendly throughout the whole process.

I have had a lot of compliments about my website from customers. I have had a lot of customers through them searching for a picture framer near them on google thanks to the SEO Presto Fox Media did on my website. They have helped me get a lot of customers for my business.

Extremely effective, great communication, organisation and they would always follow up with me if i forgot to do things my side!

They were full of ideas and extremely friendly, they were able to bring my business ideas and design ideas to life.

I employed Presto Fox Media to build a new music website with integrated payment system and automated mails

I was approached by a few designers and Presto Fox Media stood out with exception client care service and value for money,

With the help Presto Fox, we have given the website a complete overhaul,creating a secure website, integrated payment systems with Paypal and Stripe, connecting to Mailchimp for auto replies to purchases and mailing list sign ups, and using WooCommerce and Wordpress to streamline the site and enhance the customers' experience.

We have embedded Spotify and Patreon, and links to all socials and discussed an ongoing social media plan, google analytics and SEO.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have received very positive feedback from site users, payments are processed easily and mercahdise can now be bought directly from the artist.

Both Christine and Beth were easy to communicate with, prompt to reply and very willing to answer what I felt were stupid questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I loved the willingness to try the things I requested, their wealth of knowledge and information and the ability to put together the site to a given spec.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were working to the last minute on this deadline, but the outcome was worth it!

I'm a self-employed singer for a wide range of events across the UK and abroad.

To design a brand new website for me to help increase my bookings for weddings and events. I wanted a more modern site, that was really easy to navigate.

Presto Fox was recommended to me and after looking through their portfolio, thought they would be the perfect match for me.

After a few zoom calls, I sent over some websites I really like and wanted to create something similar. Presto Fox Media suggested a few different designs and colour schemes for me to choose from. For each page on my website I had a few ideas which Presto Fox helped me develop and created something even better than I imagined.
