Audit

We analyse your business and its competitive environment in order to identify its goals and objectives and suggest the most effective solutions.
As every business and its problems are unique, you can rest assured that our solution will be impossible to repeat.

Development: frontend and backend

The reasonable architecture of the software product ensures the stable result and development of your project. We do not only develop web and mobile applications but also select the most suitable technologies for their implementation.
The correct structure and code will finally save your money and help to avoid endless alterations.

Design as engineering

Our designers develop every product outrunning the UI/UX canons and considering the psychological aspects of perceiving the information in the internet and on mobile devices.
The interfaces are well-weighed and the design is innovative and relevant even in a few years after the introduction. We will not create a one-size-fits-all product, which will not be able to help your business.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a non-governmental association for social inclusion in Switzerland, helping refugees to integrate into Swiss culture and society.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with PRAS?

We've tasked PRAS with creating a social network-like web portal for refugees and locals in Switzerland. Some of the functions include messaging, meet-ups, job searches, rentals, donations, and more.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

PRAS has created the full portal, from the prototype and design to the programming. In addition, they’ve created a logo and visual style for our brand. Currently, we’re testing the project with live users.

What is the team composition?

We work with about seven resources, including a project manager, a business analyst, an art director, designers, and developers.

How did you come to work with PRAS?

Due to high local costs, we considered several near-shore dev teams around Europe and compared their parameters. PRAS won our project because of their fine interface/design, scalable products, and cost-efficiency.

What is the status of this engagement?

They completed the first part of the project in January 2019 and finished the second part in March 2019. We're still in testing, now.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re now testing the project and are looking forward to seeing real users try out our portal.

How did PRAS perform from a project management standpoint? How responsive were they?

Their project manager and art director are always ready to help us better understand the product, suggesting improvements to enhance its value. They’ve supported us on some additional features without any extra project fees while still meeting our deadline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

PRAS creates the most usable and scalable web products that I’ve ever seen. Furthermore, they try to always be available online to help us maintain and improve our portal.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They might consider improving their time estimates a bit. They initially dealt with the deadline well, but, after we added additional features, we were cutting it close to the final end date.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust their team, and don’t compare existing products with what they’re developing for you because yours will surely turn out better.
