Brandigo is a full services marketing agency based in Boston, US, and Shanghai China. Our Boston team specializes in an industry pioneering approach to brand strategy for leading global brands. Our Shanghai team specializes in insightful and creative marketing campaigns for foreign brands seeking to grow their China business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Powdi Studio, and what were your goals?

Our website had become outdated and suffered from a cluttered, confusing user experience. We also went through a significant refresh of our own brand at the beginning of the year and needed a new website that reflected this. We had already invested significant time and resources working with a supplier who completely failed to deliver this project.

How did you select Powdi Studio and what were the deciding factors?

We found Powdi studio via upwork. They were very quick to get to grips with the problem we had and were very clear and structured in how they would approach our project.

Their communication during the proposal stage of the project (we were in contact with three different developers at this stage) set them apart from the rest, and the genuine partner approach they took to working with us set them apart from the rest. This was really important to us due to the time difference between ourselves and Powdi.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The scope of work was to build us a WordPress based website within our new updated VI. We had existing design files that we could share so the project was more focused on delivering the back-end functionality for us. The recommendations Powdi made in terms of the CMS we employed have been exactly what we were looking for. Everything was delivered on time and to a very high standard of work.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our main point of contact was the project manager. We also had regular contact with the lead developer. Both highly responsive to our queries.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are delighted with our new website and the functionality of the back-end. Where we have had to make changes post-launch, Powdi have helped us every step of the way.

Very much a partnership approach which we appreciated. Offered good counsel and advice when asked to do so.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication between the project team. Especially after our bad experience with the previous service provider. Powdi rescued and turned this project around for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that come to mind.

We are a SaaS for online retailers. We have customers from over 30 countries, with the majority in the US, Europe, and Australia. I am the founder and CEO.

Website and graphics design.

To convey a modern, smart and progressive look and feel.

How did you select Powdi Studio?

We screened over 20 or so web designers before we decided to go with them.

Design of our website from scratch. And the ongoing evolution and re-designs. Also artwork for all marketing campaigns, e.g. social media, Google Ads, Facebook ads, landing pages, new logos, conference and promotion material, etc.

What was the team composition?

They work directly with me to get instructions and ideas. They also work with our Google advertising and social media person.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their turnaround time is excellent. Responsive and stick to deadlines. They are available on Zoom and Skype when we need them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are extremely professional, attentive, efficient. They listen but also not afraid to come back with better ideas. They are creative, innovative, and technical as well!

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are 100% happy. We give them 10 out of 10. Always a pleasure to work with. We recommend them unreservedly to anyone looking for a web or graphic designer.
