I am the owner/operator of Mindful Web Design, LLC.

For what projects/services did your company hire Polaris Strategies LLC?

My company is growing rapidly but has still not yet setup any type of CRM, making customer relations very time consuming. Joseph at Polaris Strategies has helped me setup and implement the Zoho CRM and educated me on the ins-and-outs of the software.

What were your goals for this project?

The main objective was to have a Business Consultant take a closer look at my systems/processes as well as goals and tell me where I can improve in order to reach those goals.

How did you select Polaris Strategies LLC?

I've known Joseph through multiple career cycles. As a nuclear technician on a naval warship, Joseph was a manager of mine; one of the best managers I've ever had. Now, as a Veteran business-owner of a Digital Marketing agency in Seattle, Joseph continues to add immense value to my life through his business consulting services.

Describe the project in detail.

After choosing to work with Polaris, there was an initial discovery meeting where Joseph asked a number of concise questions to get a better understanding for my business. After gaining a better scope of my situation, he offered clear advice on a few ways I can improve my business; including some ways he could help me get there.

We ultimately chose to implement a CRM as a tool to optimize my sales system because that's where I was struggling the most. Joseph was incredibly patient and insightful during the entire process of assisting in the setup of my Zoho CRM.

What was the team composition?

Joseph Swanson was the singular member that I worked with the whole way through. Polaris Strategies LLC truly cares for their customers and makes themselves available to them whenever needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Zoho CRM has already increased my sales productivity drastically. Having one singular location to manage all of my business contacts is invaluable and will undoubtedly save me hundreds of hours per year.

Effortless.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Joseph has a keen eye for spotting opportunities that will optimize any process. As business owners, we often become near-sighted and lose track of the many ways our processes can improve. Having a trusted business consultant is highly valuable because it offers a fresh set of eyes on your business; showing where you can improve systems, save time and consequently increase revenue.

Not that I can think of.
