Our goal was to plan a quick market launch; to do so, we needed to create the fundamental brand elements, such as a logo, colors, and typefaces, with which we could immediately start working. We just had 6 weeks to finish the project because Christmas holidays were quickly approaching and we wanted to be ready. We met with the team and reviewed the task we had allocated to them. The team thoroughly listened to our concerns and took a few days off before making a recommendation. They came to us with a market research presentation that proved that simply creating a logo will not work and that identification without an idea will become outdated in the following season. They also displayed their work, in which they demonstrated how identity and strategy interact. We were concerned that it would take longer and cost more, but we trusted the team because we relied on them as on experts. For our website, we agreed on a strategy, an identity, and an art direction.

Working with the team was really easy and transparent . As the agency uses a variety of platforms, it was more convenient for us to interact via Slack and WhatsApp. There were moments in the work process when we disagreed, but the team was always able to properly articulate why they thought so, and at the end, we all agreed that it is the best for the brand. The team created a really extensive guidebook and held a design session for our designer so that we could develop our own materials in the future.

The guys provided a very detailed plan of all the stages of their work and timing. As a result, we got even a little more than the team promised us. The agency prepared a very detailed guidebook that made it easy for our designers to work with.

For us, as for any other company, the criteria of success is a customer satisfaction. In addition, we are now working with this client on another project. And We will gladly return to the Pocket Rocket Agency team again.

In the beginning of each week we would get a list from the manager with the tasks that would be implemented, and in the end of the week we had a call and checked what had been done and where we might have been delayed. If a task required more time, the manager would tell us about it in advance. It is convenient for us to work in slack, the agency also joined us there. The agency provides design materials in figma, and the final materials are uploaded to a convenient platform, it was convenient for us to get them on dropbox.

Most impressed that the agency doesте think about what will be relevant now, they accurately guess what will be in trend in six months, a year or two.

The work of a creative agency is different from an it company. Sometimes it takes more than the scheduled time for inspiration.

The only thing that I can imagine is more clarity on deadlines. While branding is definitely a creative job that usually require some iterations, it would be great if the risks could be already taken into account in delivery plan.

Because of the new branding, pitch deck presentation we got to Google for Startups Campus Warsaw, won €50,000 Poland Prize as on the best MarTech Startups in Central Europe and Google has released the features that we were working on. Now millions of users are using it all around the world, which was the main objective from the beginning of the project.

We had weekly calls in Zoom, they were showing different ideas for branding, logo and marketing products. We spend in total 1 month to create and iterate all from scratch. Also, we asked them to work on our Demo presentations for the Campus and other tech conferences such as Slush.

Their creativity and uniqueness were remarkable. Also, speed of all the process was great. We needed to have all done ASAP. They agreed on that velocity and performed according to the timeframes. Really impressive.

We spent some time on the iteration with the project manager and their designers. When we had the opportunity to speak to executive designers directly that increased the whole process X2 times.

The agency's team did an impressive scope of work within a long period of time. The work was based in different directions: b2b, b2c, b2g and HR development. The process has included 5 different stages: briefing, market and competitors research, brand strategy development, design architecture, brand strategy and brand tools delivery, support in implementation.

We had a long and deep stage of research: 20 in-depth interviews with top management, 15 focus groups in 4 different cities of Kazakhstan, ethnographic research.

The team of PRA has immersed themselves in the culture of our country, they were constantly visiting our company in Kazakhstan. We conducted deep studies on PR presence of brand, Media market, communication trends in Kazakhstan and conducted research of our competitors.

After a 2-days of strategic session a couple of strong hypotheses were born. The solution was the ecosystem of mobility, helping each Kazakh in moving towards his or her goals. Our strategic research led us to the traditional colors and culture, as well as the history of Kazakhstan – the land of roads.

Now we have a structured strategy and a strong plan how to integrate it. We are directing all our businesses in one unified trajectory in order to achieve bigger more ambitious goals. We already got warm feedback from our employees on the new branding system. Now we have the position of influencer and we are removing obstacles so that every Kazakhstani can move freely and confidently towards their goals in their country.

The process of interaction with the team was clear, productive and with good time management. We used different tools for communication and the team was adopting all management systems for us.

We got the feeling of a reliable partner from the first presentation. The team spent a lot of time getting to know our culture, market, and values. We definitely spoke the same language during the whole project. Before choosing PRA as a branding agency, we had lots of discussions about the risks of how would the foreign agency be able to feel a local mentality. PRA did a great job!

With the outbreak of the epidemic, the demand for our services grew rapidly and we needed to change just as rapidly. We realized that the existing branding does not match the level of the companies we work with and looks rather outdated. And to keep up with clients like Gucci, we have to maintain our look. The main task of the team was to triple the number of partnership agreements. After many hours of negotiations with the team, we realized that one change in visual style would not be enough, so it was decided to carry out a full-fledged rebranding of the company. The rebranding work was divided into 4 stages.

Research. Pocket Rocket Agency(PRA) looked into hundreds of Augmented Reality & Fashion Tech & VR solutions and analyzed all possible global cases of collaboration between the fashion industry and digital products. Together with that a lot of work was invested into the analysis of the AR&VR market. Last but not least, we didn't simply define potential competitors, we also examined their strategies to predict possible threats.

Strategy. The process of working on the strategy was really unusual, because of the nature of the Fashion-Tech market that tends to change continually, close to the speed of light, 24/7. The scale of changes that happen in one year is simply unbelievable. The niche is so new and so fluid that one of the insights PRA defined was an obvious lack of digital experience in the global fashion industry.
