They've assisted with custom tasks, for example, changing route bars, designs, adding structures for contact subtleties, look, etc. They've even pulled the postings straightforwardly. Their group constructed a dashboard where we can make acclimations to the sites as needs are. Those progressions can go from adjusting text, adding pictures, or evolving designs. On the specialist side, we get leads and can put together them. We get as much data from the toxic on what they saw on the site and what they're keen on. They perform rather well with project management. I know they have a lot on their hands so sometimes things take a little longer than I’d like. However, I like their process of keeping me updated on their progress.

Their response rate and willingness to help us out. Also, I’m impressed with the flexibility of building our websites as we desire.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

My number one comment is keeping the project manager down on the project from end to end. I also think they could’ve stuck to the timelines a bit better.

At first, I started directly communicating with just one person - Mudassir who is the CEO of PNM Group but gradually as time passed on Mudassir introduced me to other team members including the marketing team as well.

PNM Group has excellent and professional people who are prompt in delivering the services on time. Additionally, due to the efforts of their marketing team, I am seeing an increased number of clicks and impressions on the website which clearly shows their hard work.

From the first day, I have been in contact with project manager Mudassir who is a great person and very approachable. Moreover, previously Mudassir was the only person we used to contact but gradually he introduced us to his team members. Now if we come across any issue, we contact the specified department.

I would rate their response as quick and reasonable prices Last but not least, a very welcoming approach. We also appreciate their willingness to listen attentively so that they do not overlook any important details.

It's hard to say anything at this point because the platform isn't officially launched, which makes it difficult to know for sure. But I have had a long and detailed discussion about SEO with the PNM Group team in regard to SEO and the best way to promote the platform when it's all set to go live. So far, I'm pleased by the performance of the team at various levels. Being a part of PNM Group has been an extremely satisfying experience.

They are way beyond the scope of their work, placing us in contact with other contacts to produce successful results. I've been lucky to have some experience with Mudassir what a charming personality. He's been very responsive whenever I've needed answers. I'm the Senior Content Writer and head of a product at a startup called CCOHS. We are a team collaboration software tool built primarily around a web application.

We hired PNM Group in June when our full-time designer and developer left our organization. We used to enlist them for 20 hours of work seven days. We initially thought that they would be a great help for a couple of months until we could enlist another full-time designer and developer yet their work was so astounding we haven't needed it. We give feedback and then we talk about what we need to be designed for next week.

I'm also impressed with their speed. They completed every task so quickly. Lastly, I love their attitude. They're friendly and competent—just the kind of people you look to work with.
