We hired PNJ Sharptech to develop webpages for our services and I can say with full credence that they did and are awesome at developing these sites awesome content and they have a team of highly qualified content writers who delivers the job no matter what.

I selected PNJ Sharptech to develop our official webpages after looking at their google ad and the affordable and customizable plan were the factors that prompted us to select them to develop our website.

Our company website had to be created from scratch so PNJ provided us with a website created from ground zero and we didn’t need to go anywhere else for any services they are capable to provide all kinds of services like PHP, WordPress site development, and content writing.

I worked with one account manager and one lead analyst.

They could have arranged our meeting with all the members working on our project as we were only coordinating with the project manager. Other than that nothing.

A project manager, a designer and a PHP developer worked with us. Sometimes I need to coordinate with graphics designer also.

After redesigning of the website we see some traffic increment and user started staying longer on the website.

We hired them to redesign and migrate our website to WordPress. Our goal was to make our website updated, rich-featured, and increase its potential to deal with a larger base of customers.

We reached out to people at PNJ Sharptech through LinkedIn when a friend of ours shared their online portfolio with us. We were impressed to see their versatile portfolio and experience something we were willing to work with.

We reached out to them through the query form given on their website. They responded within two to three hours with the details. One of their business associates asked us to have a quick call with their team to discuss the project. They described different possibilities of the project very well.

Things got clear timely so we stepped ahead to the development within four days. We were provided the wireframe which looked fine to us. Afterward, we got a more visualized form of wireframe which they called the prototype of our website. They complete the project within a month with all required deliverables such as the inclusion of new features, advanced payment methods. The website was built using WordPress & PHP.

There was a team of three people out of whom we only used to interact with Design Team Lead, a Sr. backend developer whose niche was in WordPress and PHP, and a project manager.

We got our deliverables rightly which we are quite satisfied with. Many of our friends in the market have admired our website’s appearance and user experience. We cannot say that the growth in our business is only due to the website as we also have an app and third-party platforms, but yes it does play a crucial role.

Their project management style is quite impressive. They followed the agile methodology to execute our website’s development tasks. They said that they hear what their customers say, then, they suggest which means they were open to suggestions and use their technological expertise on them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had multiple alternatives for every task. I came to know this when our technology head talked to them over a call. They segregated things in order of costs and efficiency with nothing hidden behind the high-level technology talks. I liked this attitude of theirs. It seemed quite credible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

More exciting complimentary packages, frequent discounts. Rest they were good.
