PNdigital’s efforts have helped lower our cost-per-click (CPC) to about $0.15 per click, and we’ve also achieved a good return on ad spent (ROAS). We rank first for seven search phrases, and we’re on Google’s first page for a dozen keywords. Organic search is now our second highest source metric at 40%. 

In addition, we currently have 3,000 new users per month. Our site is experiencing exponential growth, thanks to PNdigital.

PNdigital is very good at project management. I never have to chase them about anything; they send weekly and monthly reports. They’ve been super collaborative and use their technical knowledge to help us with things we’re not familiar with. 

We have weekly phone calls to discuss reports and progress. We communicate through email and Slack, and we also have access to their ClickUp boards.

We wanted to help our client generate more leads for their law firm and compete more effectively online. Their business was reliant on referrals and we knew Google was the best option for them to expand.
