For what projects/services did your company hire PIXREADY, and what were your goals?

We hired Pixready as a Partner to assist with the 3D Modeling and configuration of our custom 3D/AR software configurator. Pixready was exceptional throughout the entire process and execution of this very complicated client and product.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The vendor was one who had already partnered with my company and had been successfully collaborating in 3D Modeling and Configuration projects for over a year.

The goal was to re-set a project which a previous 3D Modeling vendor had given up on.

I worked with an Account Manager directly who led a team of several technical augmented staff and consultant.

Pixready was prepared with the amazing Account Manager and exceptional staff who understood the complexities of this product. It made my life easier and it was truly a pleasure to partner with Pixready's Account Manager Lily Sten to help reset this project and win the trust of the client who was ready to walk.

Lily Sten was amazing, professional, dedicated and definitely as motivated as I was to get this client and project back on track. She is exceptional and an asset to any IT organization.

As small as they are, their capacity to quickly learn and adapt to our changes is impressive.

I am the CEO and founder of a company that develops self-driving delivery vehicles.

What challenge were you trying to address with PIXREADY?

We wanted to design a 3D model of our prototype delivery vehicle. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

PIXREADY created a clay model of the vehicle to narrow it down to a 3D design. We iterated back and forth until I decided on the final shape and look of the vehicle. After that, they rendered it in 3D, using a CAD program called 3ds Max. This process resulted in 3D files and photographs that were photorealistic renders of the vehicle. 

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact was Radmila (Managing Partner) and Vasyl (Business Developer).

How did you come to work with PIXREADY?

We found PIXREADY on linkendln. We decided to work with them because they were inexpensive and flexible.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent somewhere between $2,000–$2,400.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2020. Although the original design is finished, we plan to continue working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The final results were better than we expected them to be. They were quite spectacular, which made us as happy as we could be.  

How did PIXREADY perform from a project management standpoint?

They communicated excellently. We talked via Zoom calls, and the team was fluent in English. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very professional. The results were excellent and their prices were affordable. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything but I supposed there could be something to improve.

Any advice for potential customers?

I don’t have any advice for future clients. I got the most out of PIXREADY without even trying. Therefore, I suggest that future clients just go ahead and use PIXREADY because they’re fabulous.

The team at Pix Ready went above and beyond to meet the deadline and deliver great-looking renders. Everyone from management to engineering was impressed with the outcome.

We offer a highly customizable product with a larger price point. We realized that we were getting quite a few returns because the customer could not see what the product looked like with the options they have chosen for customization.

We now can show a customer in real time what their range hood will look like. Taking the guesswork out of the order process.

As mentioned, we have a highly customizable product with a lot of parts and conditions. They were able to understand each step and took extra care and time into making it the best experience for the user.

A project manager was our main point of contact but we did have frequent calls with the design/development team as well.

We can now offer customers a truly unique experience online giving a showroom feel without needing to go to a physical location. Customers now feel more comfortable ordering knowing they have seen the exact product they want.

We had a meeting at every new phase of the project so that they understood our exact needs. This meant fewer calls for revisions and only slight changes needing to be made.

We love the idea of having a design team on our side for every new product we release. They paid special attention to our project and we are happy to continue working with them.

I don't see any need for improvement at this time.

The rush 3D projects I needed to get done quickly was handled by the PixReady group Lily and Radmila took my jobs very seriously and was able to get the 3D modeling jobs done quickly and accurately.

PixReady paid closely the attention to detail of my 3D modeling requests and tight deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very good at their response time of returning calls and emails. They also are a very smart and nice group to work with and they will take the time to explain in detail the pros / cons of building the requested 3D models. They were straightforward about what could and couldn't do.
