I am the owner of retail Indian authentic grocery store, running business since 2015. We have retail store outlet in saskatoon and we serve the south asian community by getting their grocery products.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pixous Technologies, and what were your goals?

We have been in market for 2 years but to grow potentially in local market we would like to have our website content that represents our business very well. So, We have hire Pixous technologies to redesign our existing website to make it compatible with Google Search Rank. Also, We want to do digital marketing like send promotions to our valuable customers thru email & post new arrivals & promotions to our social media followers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Mr. Patel & his team at Pixous Technologies are excellent for what they are doing. We have tried few other companies but we didn't get result what we want to achieve. Pixous Technologies has best package & they have shown us result within few weeks.

As a retail business owner, I am not much aware of tools. Mr Patel had shown me some google portal where I have seen some charts and performance of my business website. Also they were running some ad campaigns for digital marketing. From website they were use to send email thru mailpoet & cloud based mailing service (Amazon SES)

We worked with social media marketer, website designer & developer, Cloud Certified Programmer & Digital Marketer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Due to Pixous's continuous efforts we have increase in our overall sales & we seen many new customers from local market as well as many customers said that they came to know about business due to online advertising & social media post. Within first 6 months we have seen 80% boost in our sales & 40% new customers visited store.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have ongoing in-person meetings every bi-weekly before pandemic. After pandemic, the meeting went to virtual but the Pixous team follow the scheduled meeting with very punctuation. Also, they are very good at ongoing support on call.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a one-stop-shop for our digital marketing needs. We just need to send them details about our new products or new arrivals or promotions. They will start preparing required images, promotions and get things done to get new customer for new line of product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have done email marketing very efficiently but they can leverage more tools for marketing & also they should connect with major platoforms.

I am the Sr. Software Developer at Avantsoft Inc. We develop custom digital products.

We want to promote our product to the US market, We don't have knowledge about digital marketing. Thus, we started looking for digital marketers and found Pixous Technologies.

Pixous Technologies had a good pricing package with numerous marketing resources.

At first, Our team has explained our digital product to Pixous' team. Then they have started integrating mail account with hubspot and prepared the videos. Finally they have posted videos and graphics to collected emails on hubspot. After few days they provided analytics of different posts.

We worked with social media marketer and email marketer.

As per the analytics report our product reached to almost 100k viewers. Also we got many calls to know more about our product.

We were doing zoom meeting once a week. For any of our query they are prompt and responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

1-Stop shop for all our digital marketing needs, whether it is social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising or content marketing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They need to increase their team size. So, They can serve multiple clients at a time.

We are a company specializing in crypto related technologies specifically NFT's. I am the acting president.

We hired Pixous to help us set up a network of virtual computers compatible with our proprietary software that is also at a good price.

I found Pixous online and decided to go with them because of their confidence and professionalism in the project. We had vetted multiple other vendors prior and Pixous was by far the best

First they led us through a series of different options compatible with our specifications and software. Then we narrowed down our options and decided on Amazon Workspaces as a partner. Finally we set up all the virtual computers and ensure they worked smoothly.

Everything we set out to achieve was a great success. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone interested in the service.

Their versatility and how flexible they are with scheduling and various tasks is impressive.

No critiques. For our project in particular every specification was followed to a tee.
