We had a contract for UK based start firm to develop their android and ios app along with a website that is fully functional according to the required functionality given by the client.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose Pixel for the execution of this task as we had very positive previous experience with them in the web development domain.

The scope of work included creating a framework for the entire deliverable along with a strict timeline. This was only the pre-development stage. The actual development stage included technical skills which the team at Pixel handled very efficiently, satisfying the client and delivering on time.

Several people worked with us from the project manager to the actual developer and we found all of them to be very proficient with their capabilities.

The deliverables perfectly met the expectation of the client in terms of functional design and timeline.

The management style was very efficient. We were kept up to date with the progress of the work along with self-explanatory reports to help us keep track of the entire project conveniently.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I loved their passion for delivering the best possible output and exceptional customer service. Also, the fact that we have never found Pixel to hesitate in going beyond the scope of work to delight the client.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If they could keep going with the current efficiency and motivation, I think it's good enough and will only make them better.

It has been a pleasure working with pixelpk team for my web application project. Deadlines were met according to the plan and quality delivered was great. Definitely value money. Highly recommended as the team is technically skilled, speaks good english & handle the project very well from onboarding to delivery.

After interviewing PixelPk's senior biz dev and tech team, we knew this agency is the one we need as their bizdev person was also technically skilled and was speaking the right language.

After the first meeting of project discussion in detail, we were given an estimated timeline. Thereafter we were given progress reports every 2-3 weeks. After revision and everything the delivery was made according the plan. There was 1 extra week taken but that was super worth it.

Project manager Mr Anas was main point of contact. there were 2 team members who worked on our project. 1 being the web developer and the other being graphic designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Deliverables were just according to the requirements. we are happy with the final product and ready to capture the market with the web app utility tool which we believe will help the market.

We had regular meetings to discuss concepts, Algos and challenges. we also had meetings to discuss progress and approvals for tasks as they finished. Slack, google meet and whatsapp were main point of apps we used to communicate. Their communication is definitely good one. we Always got a reply right away.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were easy to work with, cooperative, understanding, and accommodating. Skills ofcourse were great to accomodate our intricate requests.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In terms of improvements, they can be better at doing testing as one of our app feature was acting up and once we reported they quickly fixed it.
