I’m the director of a company that does architectural design and construction project management.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pixel Executive?

We needed someone to develop our UK website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pixel Executive provided us with their web development services as well as some minor consulting. We had an initial briefing with them which was then followed by a presentation of templates.

What is the team composition?

I mainly worked with Stirling (Owner), but I know he’s got some other people working in the backend.

How did you come to work with Pixel Executive?

I’ve known Stirling for quite a number of years, and I know how good he is at what he does.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than £3,000 (approximately $4,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February–May 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We operate in the design world, so we were very happy with the end product they delivered. We now have a website that perfectly represents us and we like the standard that they set for us. 

How did Pixel Executive perform from a project management standpoint?

They kept up to the schedule and budget, and we had no issues with the delivery times. We typically communicated through Zoom, email, and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Because of their background, we’re impressed with them as human beings, and they were able to encapsulate that human element with their work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re really good when it comes to coding, but they should work on implementing graphic design into their services.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I can’t really provide any specific advice. All I can say is they’re a reliable company and they’re very easy and straightforward to work with.

Im the Director of Better Business @ Hand, the business is an online platform that connects business owners/managers looking for adhoc support and help in dealing with business issues and problems when needed with specialists consultants.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pixel Executive, and what were your goals?

The platform is in early stage of development with a view to transform into a mobile app. I needed help to create a web base prototype of the app with off the shelf software in order to test the service and develop it further. Stirling of Pixel helped me simplify the process to produce a simpler to use and maintain website to enable me to test the concept.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have known Stirling from business networking and we once had the opportunity to be involved in a project, so when I needed help I contacted him.

I had a meeting with Stirling and presented a mock up of what i was looking to developed and the tools and images i wanted to use. We discuss the various aspects of the website development and Stirling advised me on best frame to be used for the website. Stirling was in constant contact with me as the website was being worked on so we could tweak ideas and improve it - it was a good team work... he also set up the emails addresses, blog page, and hosting for the service and ongoing maintenance, a full solution

Stirling was my main contact, he is the owner of Pixel

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I tested the service with a couple of existing clients and they were happy how the onboarding and delivery process of the service via the website worked. The website is now currently being marketed. I'm happy with how the page works and looks.

Stirling and I mostly communicated via email and phone at agreed times.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Stirling straight forward approach to get the job done and guidance on how the technology works behind the development process

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When the website was first launched i had issues with viewing it in the browser and other devices - Stirling sorted those issues and continue improving functionality whenever i encounter some teething problems

I'm the Managing Principal of a UK based corporate financial advisory services business

Our website was tired and in need of revamping.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were so impressed with Pixel Executive's attentiveness to the brief and attention to detail that we not only gave them the brief to update the website but to manage our web hosting and IT services on an annual contract.

Pixel Executive totally overhauled our website. They understood what we wanted to convey to potential clients and redesigned the website in a user friendly fashion. They continue to refresh the site on a regular basis.

Although their CTO was the main source of contact, I also worked with another member of their team (position unknown).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They worked very quickly on the redesign and have continued to provide excellent IT backup and refreshment of the website as and when this has been required.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Pixel Executive were always on hand to talk through any issues with the website and have always offered same day response when there have been IT issues.

Pixel Executive offers a cost-competitive, personable service both quickly and effectively.

No, very happy with their overall service

We selected him because we had worked with him before

The only person we worked with was Stirling, and his role was web designer

We have been receiving organic leads from our website at a rate of a few per week, since our launch. The frequency is gradually increasing

Extremely. They have their workflows extremely well dialed in, and our projects always go very smoothly.
