We hired Pixated for digital advertising on Facebook and other social media platforms. We wanted an agency who could work specifically on paid campaigns and improve our ROAS. We worked together to define the target audiences and Pixated started analyzing competitor campaigns to understand what works well in the market. Within weeks of the Pixated taking over, our CPA dropped by 25% and the ROAS increased from 2 to 4.5. After 3 months, that ROAS was up to 6.75 and it’s still rising! As a completely new brand, we were looking for an agency with expertise across web design and performance marketing. We wanted a partner that could help bring the brand to market as well as manage our paid media campaigns.

First and foremost, we wanted to build an online presence within a niche sector. Next, we wanted to start generating traffic and sales via the new website.

They did a great job explaining the strategy and the rationale behind each element of the campaign. After we approved the strategy, Pixated proceeded with the campaign setup and management. We saw conversions within the first week of the campaigns being live and performance continues to improve with each month that they spend optimising the campaigns.
