Soteria Skincare Branding & Packaging
Branding & packaging design by Pithy studios for Soteria Skincare.
This was a fresh branding project that saw the creation of a brand identity and packaging design for the premium skincare market. Soteria came in search of a clean modern logotype that could be used to launch their skincare brand that runs in tandum with Nature's Thyme. The client wanted a minimal aesthetic that would appeal to the more mature audience while introducing them to the benefits of manuka honey and CBD oil.

TAK Branding
The Active Kollection branding has been one of our favorites over the years and has included everything from logo design to packaging.
The initial brief was quite vague but with keen founders and an eagerness to succeed the brand visuals soon took shape. Working from the theme of "if you know you know" and basing the logo around the acronym TAK the code-like logo mark took shape. This was supported with a secondary mark of the thunderbird something that is known for chasing negative spirits away and used in this context as an emblem for running.

Structure Consult - Branding
Structure Consult approached us as it came to a new stage in its business and required a facelift after outgrowing the previous branding it had.
The new branding was to feature a logo mark which was something that most of their competitors had overlooked and they wanted to leverage this as an aspect to separate them from the competition. After presenting three initial concepts the client selected one they would like to see developed.
The final outcome depicts a house made from the two letters 'S' & 'C' with a formal font to finish the lock-up creating a professional aesthetic.

B-Snug Branding
B-snug was launched in partnership with Shell to encourage more people to switch the main source of heating their home from LPG to a combined heat source pump and boiler.
The work completed for B-Snug included branding, naming, collateral, and more. After an initial workshop, where we dove into the company's aims a little more we created the name and branding for the company in the following weeks.

The Cultured Collective Branding
Over the years we've helped The Cultured Collective adjust their packaging as the company has grown to help ensure they hit the target market they are aiming for. Regency Grove - Branding
After a group of friends came together to launch a new company they came in search of a brand identity that would set the tone for the sort of projects they were looking to seek.
The brief was simple to the fact they wanted a monogram of the two letters "R & G" with a clean, minimal high-end aesthetic. The challenge came in creating this in a new way that would separate them from their competitors. The end result does just that with the project stretching to presentations and additional collateral.

Passmore Consulting - Branding
Passmore Consulting had grown to a size where they needed a new brand identity to reflect the clientele they were now working with. It needed to be clean and professional to represent the industry but wanted an abstract twist to it.
Three logo concepts were presented with the chosen one depicting a 'P' & a 'C' in an abstract form, this was then translated across basic collateral and shared with the client.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a technology and change consultancy.
What challenge were you trying to address with Pithy Studios?
We had a short-term need for design support for a package we were creating for a client. We had to make a presentation, but all of our designers were booked out, and we needed something turned around very quickly.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Pithy Studios designed the presentation for our client. We already had all of the content put together and images provided by the client. The Pithy Studios team reformatted and redesigned elements based on the structure and content we provided. The client needed editable versions, so the team worked on Google Docs and PowerPoint.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Alex (Founder).
How did you come to work with Pithy Studios?
We found Pithy Studios through a referral from a member of our team.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around £800 (approximately $1,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together for a week in March 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Alex was great to work with; he communicated clearly and understood the brief really well. Pithy Studios was happy to iterate based on our client’s comments, and they responded in quite clear timescales. Overall, the client was very happy, and we were pleased with the outcome, too.
How did Pithy Studios perform from a project management standpoint?
They were very good at sticking to schedule and budget, particularly when the schedule moved around a little bit. Because the project was very short, we didn’t use any project management tools. We communicated over WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Pithy Studios’ turnaround time, flexibility, and quality of work were all really great. Overall, the project had a good outcome.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I didn’t think there was anything they needed to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to communicate clearly with them. Pithy Studios works very effectively with timescales, especially when they’re engaged with good communication on the other side.

We have just launched a startup and we needed a number of things created. Brand guidelines were the first point of call, then we needed a website designed and advertisement assets created.

I have worked with Alex before and always enjoyed working with him. His attention to detail and speed are second to none.

For the brand guidlines Pithy helped us with a branding workshop, they then sent through a number of mocks ups. We selected the designs we liked the best and he worked them into the final designs. The website worked along the same way, we chatted through what we wanted and we sent through some examples of websites we liked. Pithy then produced some mock-ups and finally a pdf of the webdesign to be handed to our web developer.

Alex was our main point of contact in the Pithy team, and he worked on the majority of the tasks.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Everything the Pithy team created was exactly what we wanted and to be honest, exceeded our expectations.

The workflow was great, Alex was on hand for phone calls regularly and responded to our feedback very quickly. Almost all of the projects were completed ahead of schedule. Nothing was late.

I have just launched a service where I look into the past history 1841-1940 of homes and businesses in the UK and produce ' Blue Plaque ' window vinyl's so that visitors and passers-by can see the history of the home or business. I had previously worked with Alex on several other design projects and wanted to use him again as his work ethic and design services are excellent.
Firstly I explained what the product was and who would be purchasing the product. Alex came up with several logos for the company which were all excellent. With a strong simple graphic element. We then moved on to website design. Label Design and leaflets .

I worked exclusively with Alex. Director
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
From start to finish Alex's work was exemplary. The product is unusual. But Alex grasped the concept really quickly and gave me excellent design solutions and website expertise. He was always available for design tweaks and always had a solution. His design element was quick and efficient.
His knowledge of web platforms especially those with a sales element was excellent too. The web launch was held up from my end as I was testing different companies to produce the vinyl's. We now have an excellent company producing them.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Always very efficient and Alex structured way of working worked really well with mine.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They found a brilliant way of getting across a design message that was innovative, clever, and imaginative designs. My recent logo for Here before Us has been greatly admired. If I was to summarize Pithy Studio's it would be. Creative. Efficient, Patient. Imaginative. Professional. Design services.

No. Alex was always amazing.

The project was to originally design the menus for the cafe in 2020 and have them updated each year.

We chose the vendor because he was recommended to us by a friend who used him for various projects and they were really happy with the service provided.

I initially emailed the vendor asking if he would be able to assist in designing the menus for the cafe and he immediately drafted some menus for me to review and after a few emails we came to a decision and the vendor drew up the menus and emailed them to me for printing.
