Regis have two audiences, online and in-store. These differing personas needed to be translated to create a unified brand experience across both channels. Attention to product merchandising played a key role in improving UX. The product page was redesigned, USPs were highlighted across the site including discounts, free delivery and Regis’ click and collect service, and the navigation bar was modified to better promote ‘Salons’ and ‘Services’, encouraging in-store footfall.
Building trust, Feefo was integrated to pull through customer reviews and reinforce Regis’ outstanding reputation. Adding flexibility to the checkout process, smooth payments partner, Klarna, was integrated. Together, these feature improvements empower customer engagement across each touchpoint.
A stable, secure, and lead-generating website, the site was replatformed to Magento 2, improving site speed, efficiency and security. For a trouble-free migration, a robust strategy was followed that covered everything from data sources, SEO redundancy, hosting, and risk mitigation.

Scoped as a ‘Lift, Shift and Tidy Up’ of their existing Magento 1 site, the design was refined as the build was completed, focusing on small improvements that smoothed transitions and user interaction. Working to an incredibly short timeframe, development began at the beginning of January 2018 and the site went live just 12 weeks later at the end of March.

Luxury pram and baby travel system brand, iCandy, are the epitome of great British design, with a history that spans back to 1933. Having parted ways with their previous agency, they wanted a partner to collaborate with, helping them to grow, develop and support their international business. Who better to help than team Pinpoint?
The aim was clear. Grow the iCandy business. Site speed, performance, and design enhancement were at the core of increasing sales and pushing their global presence. With a tight deadline and rapidly changing product range, this project was anything other than simple. Good job we like a challenge!
