Our project entailed creating a comprehensive real estate platform for web and mobile, accommodating multiple user levels including customers, agents, and administrators. Pinnacle Development Solutions leveraged a JavaScript tech stack consisting of React, React Native, Node, and MySQL to deliver a state-of-the-art solution, with a particular focus on the exceptional Map feature. 

Additionally, for mobile applications, they employed Geo Location functionality to accurately identify customers' exact locations, facilitating targeted marketing strategies.

• The final product consisted of a responsive web application and mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. These deliverables successfully met our technical requirements and aligned with our business objectives. Within a remarkable span of just four months, we were able to achieve substantial revenue growth and surpass the initial MVP stage, marking a significant milestone in our journey.

A SAAS platform that enables business owners to generate ready to use dynamic mobile apps. The system was built using Angular, Ionic, Laravel & MySQL. The deliverables included full tested web and mobile applications as well as technical and functional documentation.

• A production ready, bug-free SAAS app was delivered as per the requirements which were ever evolving. The work was done with efficiency, great detailing as well as within projected timeline and initially proposed budgetary range.

The Project Management efforts were optimal as per the project timeline and schedule. Everything was planned as per the delivery time line and adhered to the standard project management practices. All change requests were handled efficiently keeping in mind the business objectives and technical limitations. The response time was great and expectedly so, considering that we were in the same time zone.

3. We were also assisted with AWS deployment and security-related protocols.

The scope of work involved building a Real Estate platform (Web and mobile) with multiple users levels including customers, agents and admin. Pinnacle used JavaScript tech stack (React, React Native, Node & MySQL) to deliver a cutting edge solution with special emphasis on the “map” feature.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• A responsive web app and mobile app (iOS and Android) were delivered as the product. The deliverables were able to meet our technical and business goals. We were able to procure funding and move beyond the MVP stage within a period of 6 months.

The Project Management style was very involved with daily interactions on Slack & Jira. We belong to different time zones but they responded most of the times within a 6–8-hour window. The development methodology was “agile” with a very fast paced working style.
