I’m the director and founder of a children’s clothing company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Pink Power?
Our business was growing in the US, and we were looking to expand in that market, so we needed assistance administrating our social media campaigns.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Pink Power manages our social media marketing (SMM) campaigns for the US market. We’ve provided them with images about our products, and Pink Power creates the ads, which get approved in-house before they publish them on Facebook and Instagram.
Moreover, Pink Power administrates, tests, and analyzes which campaigns perform better, so they can replicate them and improve our investments.
What is the team composition?
We work closely with Nishtha (CEO), who oversees the project. Aside from her, we work with Pink Power’s content creator and ads administrator, although I’m unsure about the total amount of teammates involved in our project.
How did you come to work with Pink Power?
We found Pink Power through an online search.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested around $12,000–$15,000 with Pink Power.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Pink Power in May 2022, and our partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our sales have significantly increased in the US market since we started working with Pink Power. They’ve achieved a strong return on ad spend (ROAS) over the last five months. Although we had a slight decrease in December 2022, we had great results in October–November 2022.
Overall, Pink Power is very good at testing and analyzing what campaigns perform better to optimize our spending.
How did Pink Power perform from a project management standpoint?
Pink Power communicates efficiently; we’re in touch on a regular basis. Pink Power has given us access to their Slack channel, although I prefer communicating through WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls, and they adjust to my preference.
Moreover, if we have an issue, Nishtha usually solves it in a couple of hours. She’s really proactive and responsive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m most impressed with Pink Power’s level of engagement with our project; their whole team understands our business.
Additionally, Pink Power works strategically, testing their ideas to discover what works best for our company — they’re exceptional.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Overall, Pink Power is excellent at delivering strong messages, but there have been some occasions where the ads’ copywriting could be polished. That’s the only thing I can think of for Pink Power to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend potential customers be honest and clear about what they’re looking for. Pink Power is really flexible, you just have to tell them what tools work best for you, and they’ll adapt to your needs.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
Little Leap provides holistic development programs for children in the 4–15 age group. We help them build various adjustment skills and qualities: confidence, communication, creativity, fascination, independence, leadership, etc. I'm the founder and CEO.
What challenge were you trying to address with PinkPowerCo?
We were looking to acquire customers (i.e., parents) through various digital marketing channels, one of them being social media.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve been working with PinkPowerCo to get lead generation through Instagram and Facebook, and to build out branding and positioning in the market.
We worked with them on our social media strategy, in terms of personas or types of parents that we should be targeting, and what would be the right ways of doing it. They’re now creating social media advertising and content for us.
In addition, we’re working on our inbound strategy and HubSpot implementation with PinkPoweCo. We’d been growing in scale, and it had been some time since we’d wanted to get a good CRM in place, and they suggested HubSpot.
We’re using it for WhatsApp and email integration, and we have a detailed inbound strategy for targeting customers, nurturing the deals coming into the picture, and nurturing current customers. PinkPowerCo is responsible for the entire HubSpot implementation.
What is the team composition?
Nishtha (CEO) is our main point of contact. Samaira (Social Media Manager) looks after our social media content, and Kashish (Digital Marketing Strategist) looks after our entire content creation.
How did you come to work with PinkPowerCo?
We found them either on Clutch or through Google. I looked at their website and had a quick meeting with Nishtha. I was sure PinkPowerCo was the agency I wanted to go with after the first meeting.
How much have you invested with them?
The cost for the first two months is around $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with PinkPowerCo in October 2020, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
PinkPowerCo is doing a nice job in terms of getting us leads, content creation, and strategic work.
We had specific requirements on the number of leads we wanted to generate, and the cost we wanted to generate them at. Both metrics have been met.
In terms of the strategy and positioning we wanted to create for ourselves, the insights that Nishtha brings to the table are pretty impressive. The work I’ve seen from other agencies is pretty vanilla. Everyone copies the same template. Nishtha really understands the needs of the market and of the customer, and she creates content specifically for that. That’s really important for us, because it takes away some part of the strategy work that we have to do.
PinkPowerCo can work completely independently in the execution of it. We trust them, and we don’t have to tell them how to do every part.
How did PinkPowerCo perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate through Slack and Trello, and we have weekly Google Meet calls with them. PinkPowerCo is pretty good in terms of project management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re most impressed with their customer insight. Nishtha really understands the customer, and she creates campaigns accordingly, rather than just doing what we say.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Not right now. Everything is going smoothly for us.

We found them through one of their blog post about Inbound Marketing. We contacted them and their fast turnaround, through research and promising results showed us their confidence in helping us grow.

First they setup our lead generation process via LinkedIn Marketing and cold outreach. Next they set us up with HubSpot marketing automation platform for inbound marketing campaigns that used to nurture and convert those leads effectively. This started getting us a lot of traffic on our website and leads. We then started working on google ads and facebook ads with them. Our lead generation flow is pretty much setup. Pinkpower continuous to optimize it and is currently working on building our organic channels.

2 content writer, 1 designer, 1 strategist and 1 PM
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
in 1.5 years, we have 3X the website traffic and 2X the revenue
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They are very process oriented. We used Trello for communications. Right from their onboarding to campaign structuring, we knew everything what was going on. Even when results didn't used to come at times, they were honest to tell us that and own up to their mistakes. They do a lot of A/B testing too.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Creative thinkers and are always looking to find solutions for your business problems and not just marketing problems. They are eager to work collaborate to make sure the campaigns prove results.
Are there any areas for improvement?
they believe more in content creation and that takes up time. So initial 3 months the growth was slow, but then as they say it took off in a great way.
