Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the development manager at Kupipol, a retail chain.
What challenge were you trying to address with PICOM?
Most of our sales are offline. We realized we needed help to improve our online presence. We had a website and social media pages but it wasn’t professional.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The team started with analytics like a customer journey map. Then, they did web design and social media for Facebook and Instagram. The team also taught us how to do it by ourselves.
What is the team composition?
There were 7–8 people for analytics, social media, and design.
How did you come to work with PICOM?
They do a lot of events in our home city. I knew the commercial director. We talked for about a year about what they could do for us and how we could go forward together with our project. I chose them because they’re educated and professional.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2019. We wrapped up in April 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Everything is more efficient now and our offline presence has increased. We’ve also seen the traffic continue to increase with social media. More and more people are involved in our social media.
How did PICOM perform from a project management standpoint?
They were easy to communicate with. I have no complaints.

Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there isn’t anything I can think of to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to work with them. Don’t think too much and get started.
