Photography, Videography & Web Design for Luxury Coach Dealer
"PHENYX has the ability to immerse themselves in a subject or industry and tell a really good story."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the sales specialist at a luxury coach dealership. We deal in used, high-end Prevost vehicles, and we also represent multiple converters in the used market which can range anywhere from $200,000–$1.8 million in price. Our company provides parts and services as well.
What challenge were you trying to address with PHENYX?
We wanted to revitalize, modernize, and make our website more user-friendly. On the media side, we wanted to be able to tell a story of what it’s like to own a Prevost bus from start to finish. We also wanted to highlight the typical things a user will do and the places they’ll go.
What was the scope of their involvement?
PHENYX put together various media around each piece in our inventory. We began this process by brainstorming what story we wanted to tell. They would then assign 2–3 people to the project and photograph or film our buses in movement. They took about 150–200 pictures of each vehicle.
Their team flew to different locations to cover everything we were selling or capture our buses in different settings such as the beach or the mountains. They flew from Denver to Nashville, met with us in Florida, and spent some time filming at Knoxville and at the Pigeon Forge area.
Once all of the needed media was completed, PHENYX went on to upload that to our website, which they also redesigned for us. We made an arrangement for them to host and maintain our site and set it up so that we could make changes to our inventory without going through them.
A few other things that PHENYX did for us were setting up our email marketing and conducting social media marketing. They covered Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They created job postings to help us acquire new employees and created a schedule for our posts. Their team also developed holiday-specific posts such as those for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or Independence Day.
What is the team composition?
A lot of different people came in for each portion of the project. Two to three members did the photography and video production, one person was responsible for the website design, and another person assigned to manage our social media accounts and posts. Jeff (Business Development Specialist) and CJ (Video Editor) were our main points of contact.
How did you come to work with PHENYX?
They had done work for some people that we knew. That’s how we heard about them. One of their representatives came by and talked to us when they were coming through town. We took a couple more weeks to talk to them over the phone and finally decided that we would give them a shot. They felt like a good fit.
How much have you invested with them?
For all of the provided services, we paid around $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project ran from August 2020–September 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve had random customers comment on how well-done our website is. The media tells a really good story of our products, perfectly captures our vision, and allows our customers to see the buses in use. PHENYX delivered exactly what we wanted to accomplish, and the videos have been uploaded to our YouTube page as well.
How did PHENYX perform from a project management standpoint?
Our overall experience with PHENYX was great. They were always prompt and showed up where they promised they would be for the filming. They even went above and beyond and educated themselves in our industry to be able to ask the right questions and gain the right knowledge. It helped them think outside of the box, which was what we really needed.
We communicated in person, over the phone or email, and in Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
PHENYX has the ability to immerse themselves in a subject or industry and tell a really good story based on the knowledge they gathered.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we were extremely satisfied.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give PHENYX the opportunity to help your business grow, and get ready to think outside of the box and try new things.

Social Media & Content Marketing for Eyecare Company
"We never feel that we’re wasting our time with PHENYX because they’re constantly helping us move forward."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of Carbon Valley Eye Care, an eyecare company. We provide non-surgical treatment to certain eye conditions and sell eyeglasses and contact lenses.
What challenge were you trying to address with PHENYX?
We needed their team’s marketing expertise.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve long wanted to elevate our branding to attract more customers who don’t just see us as a health care provider that accommodates insurance plans, so we’ve realized that it’s high time to amplify our marketing efforts. We’ve relayed our needs and target goals to PHENYX’s team, and they’ve come up with the idea of performing a brand overhaul for us.
They’ve then taken over our marketing pipeline by generating site content and running our social media channels to improve our online presence. Apart from managing our Instagram and Facebook accounts, they’ve created our Youtube channel to further get the word out about our business, and they track our ad spend and engagement on Google Ads.
What is the team composition?
We work with a large team comprised of PHENYX’s owner and various resources.
How did you come to work with PHENYX?
We had a vetting process, and PHENYX impressed us with their responsiveness and creative content. More importantly, they were a local agency, so we felt it would be easy to come to them whenever we needed something done.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $39,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement with PHENYX kicked off in October 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
PHENYX has evidently improved our online presence and stepped up our advertising game. Our website now looks more professional and sophisticated than ever, and I’ve received affirmative messages from friends who’ve seen our Instagram ads — people acknowledge the core of our services and not just our insurance offerings, and that makes PHENYX’s efforts worth it.
How did PHENYX perform from a project management standpoint?
PHENYX is on top of their project management game — we don’t conclude a meeting without tangible plans for our next actions, and that’s something that we highly appreciate about their proactive team. I’ve worked with previous companies that simply show up, but we never feel that we’re wasting our time with PHENYX because they’re constantly helping us move forward.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They make sure to create tailored results that particularly engage our clients and help our business grow. At the start of our partnership, PHENYX made the promise that they won’t work with clients in the same industry as ours, and they’ve kept that promise and rewarded us with a custom approach to address our exact needs.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have any constructive feedback about their work. We’re aware that they’re not eye care professionals, so we have to exert more effort in educating them about the ins and outs of our industry.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Set clear expectations to make sure that each deliverable they produce is in line with those. PHENYX is a promising team that strives to meet their client’s expectations, so you only have to maintain a working environment that’s free from any misunderstandings.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an account executive at 360 Credit Health, a company in the financial and credit realm. We help people in the pursuit of home, RV, or boat purchases, as well as in meeting their financial goals.
What challenge were you trying to address with PHENYX?
We engaged with PHENYX to help us with our marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
PHENYX handles many aspects of our marketing for us. Among other things, they help us with video production, website development and UX design, drip email campaigns, and branding services.
The videos that they’ve helped us create are mostly informative, but they’ve done them in various styles. One of them was a Q&A interview video where our COO was asked basic finance and credit questions, and he was guiding the interview through certain answers and features of our platform.
Aside from the informational videos, PHENYX has crafted some humorous videos to be used for marketing purposes. Currently, they’re in the process of generating a whiteboard animation video as well.
PHENYX also developed our website completely from scratch. Not only they developed the backend and the admin side of it, but they also worked on a lot of the creative aspects, including the visuals and graphics. They made our site flow well and look amazing.
What is the team composition?
Jeff (Co-Founder) is my main point of contact.
How did you come to work with PHENYX?
PHENYX had already engaged with our COO prior to when I came into this project.
How much have you invested with them?
They’re on a retainer contract for around $4,100 per month. However, the website development was a separate project that cost an additional amount.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around February 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our COO has been very pleased with PHENYX’s level of expertise. Their brainstorming and creative process make us feel like they really care about what our business does. They’re intentional and passionate about how they can help us achieve our goals.
We haven’t been tracking specific metrics ourselves. However, they’ve been tracking web traffic, video views, and other aspects like those on their end.
How did PHENYX perform from a project management standpoint?
We haven’t used project management tools so far, but PHENYX is available via phone calls. We’ve also shared text messages and emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Not only does PHENYX have the skill sets in multiple areas, but they also provide this marketing umbrella, and there is so much included underneath that umbrella. They have expertise in each of those verticals like video production, web development, and branding.
The verbiage and creativity that they bring into their work are awesome. Their passion is also impressive; they take in what our business is trying to do. They’re not interested in giving a half-hearted effort, but they’re driven by finding out what we do and drill down to bring value to our clients.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing PHENYX could improve on. They’re more accessible than what I can make me accessible, and they’re willing to bend over backward to help.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
PHENYX has been so exceptionally responsive that I don’t have any tips on how to engage with them — I just highly recommend it.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the business development manager of a fracturing service company based in oil and gas.
What challenge were you trying to address with PHENYX?
We wanted PHENYX to help us have a better website. We also wanted the team to increase our coverage on social media platforms and our overall marketing strategy.
What was the scope of their involvement?
To jumpstart the project, they came to our office and created video content. They also examined our current website and social media platforms. After that, they set up conference calls to understand our business and what we were looking for.
The team continues to help us with our website and social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. They also help us in creating videos, developing PowerPoint presentations, and editing pictures for our content. On top of that, we collaborate with PHENYX on what we want to post, and they come up with the content we need. Then, they send it back to us for approval. However, for the customer service aspect of our social media channels, we’re the only one responsible for that.
What is the team composition?
We’re working with Charity (CEO), Jeff (Business Development Specialist), and two other members from their office.
How did you come to work with PHENYX?
We were using another marketing company, but their price drastically went up. As a result, we started looking for another service provider. PHENXY was referred by a friend who liked their content and personalities.
When we looked at some of their work and content, we liked what they had done for other companies. In the end, we seemed to fit very well so we end up partnering with them. Above all, their pricing met our budgeting needs.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent roughly $15,000–$16,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement began in October 2020. We brought them full time as our marketing company in January 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re still working on the website, but for their social media work — we’ve been getting great feedback on their posts. They seem to know their work very well, and they’ve done a very good job for us. We appreciate that they ask a lot of questions, and they’re very thorough in figuring out what we want them to do.
How did PHENYX perform from a project management standpoint?
They have a great project management process. As a result, they've been very efficient. When we set up appointments to do video content, they’ve very organized; they get the content taken care of, and they have their team ready to go. We mainly communicate via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their videography and content marketing skills are impressive. They’re skilled and knowledgeable — they know what they’re doing. On top of that, their customer service skills and personalities are good.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I wish they’ll be a bit quicker on getting our website and platform content up and running because the process has been a little slow.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s very easy to work with PHENXY because they’re professional and open to listening to our ideas. They also suggest helpful ideas. Overall, I definitely recommend working with them.

Rebranding, Web Dev & Social Media for Engineering Business
“All in all, they’ve revitalized the website and made us more visible on all the three platforms that we use.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the president and CEO of a construction and engineering firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with PHENYX?
In the construction industry, being visible is a necessity since so many people search for contractors online. Services like ours are very difficult to sell. Having a professional-looking website, content, and a way to transmit them outside of word-of-mouth is necessary for us to be in the marketplace and be a player.
We had a mom-and-pop style website that my wife and I put together as best we could. We’d reached out and had a good logo we liked, but we weren’t getting the point across to people. Our content was quite confusing in some of its language.
As a result, we hired PHENYX to help us with our market visibility and to revamp our entire brand. It was important for us to have something that had a professional feel to it and described our services well.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve done a complete rebranding on our logo, mission statement, website, and social media accounts. PHENYX assists us in all those aspects. They’ve also helped in our website development and maintenance, overall general messaging, Google listings, and other search engine needs.
When we were building the website, we started from scratch. The layout, the look, and the feel are now completely new. Some of the content PHENYX used are those that we put together ourselves for the original website.
We’ve opted for a monthly subscription package for them to manage our content. They work on the information we have and the message we're trying to release. When I'm out on a job site, I'll take pictures, film video clips, or do other things to provide content. They'll then package them and put them on for our review. Once everything is finalized, they publish them on our social media platforms.
Other parts of their service include little fliers and other things needed for marketing efforts. For instance, we did a coat drive in our community, and they helped put together a large, poster-board-size image to place in our window.
What is the team composition?
I have direct contact with Charity (Creative Assistant) and Jeff (Business Development Specialist), as well as CJ (Creative Director) and Jacob (Creative Production Artist).
How did you come to work with PHENYX?
We found PHENYX through some other trusted relationships and friends. We enjoyed their pitch and who they were, so we hired them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested around $15,000 so far this year. That includes all of our website rebranding and content development expenses. That also includes what we pay for their monthly subscription service.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in May 2020, and the partnership’s still ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
All in all, they’ve revitalized the website and made us more visible on all the three platforms that we use. Everyone that's seen our content and website agrees that they look very professional and well put together, and they like what they see. That's been very positive feedback for us in terms of our investment into the business and marketing side.
They’ve done a great job of condensing our information into shorter and smaller bites, revamping how our content language reads. The PHENYX team takes the information and puts it in layperson terms, while still ensuring that a technical person can easily get information from our website. The content now makes more sense as opposed to the explanations I’ve been giving. It’s been a good experience overall.
Our visibility online in terms of Google listing has also increased substantially. We have multiple calls a week regarding the services that we provide. Moreover, they’ve made us more visible on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. We have seen an uptick in our followers. On Facebook, we've doubled or tripled our followers in the last six months, and, hopefully, that trend continues.
Their process of handling the posts has been a huge help for us. They’ll ask us for assistance from time to time, but they do a lot of the tasks themselves. They're nice people and easy to deal with, and they have a desire to make the business visible and successful at any level of marketing that we need.
How did PHENYX perform from a project management standpoint?
PHENYX has been extremely straightforward with us with everything. I haven't had to poke and prod them for things. They've been astute and on time for all of our meetings. I've been the one that's been bad and haven't followed through with some of the things I need to do.
The team is very accessible. When I ask questions through text messages or emails, they've always been helpful and quick to reply. They're very open to listening and hearing my view on things, and they help me see a different perspective. Aside from that, we utilize a lot of video chat options like Zoom, but we mainly use Google tools such as Hangouts.
They're also very helpful in our general marketing needs, from business cards and flyers to all of our social media content. We have monthly status calls where they inform us of where we're at in terms of marketing and online presence. They keep us abreast of all the information about how we're doing and where we're headed.
They send us a month's worth of posts that are going to happen. When we approve them, they appear online through a tool that publishes those posts to each social media platform.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The most impressive thing about them is their personability. We're a small business right now, so finding trustworthy partners is important. I’m able to meet with them on a personal level as well as on a professional level, and we click very well. That’s one of their biggest points for me.
Being a small business themselves and wanting to grow into a successful marketing firm, they’re driven. But, they haven’t lost their ability to reach out to see how I’m doing during our weekly calls.
We're getting to know each other on a personal level through building a professional relationship, and I've been happy with that. Once you know somebody personally, accountability comes with that, and I appreciate that they’re accountable to each other.
For the marketing aspect, the most impressive thing is that the content they produce and their approach are professional, even if it's somewhat foreign to me because it's not in my wheelhouse. They’re very receptive to my questions and comments, and they help guide my thoughts. They take the things I want to do and implement them, helping me see the bigger picture and understand people a little bit better.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don't have any particular comments in terms of improvement. I've been extremely happy and satisfied with what we've done so far, so I have no complaints.

Web Dev. & Marketing for Tax Accounting & Consulting Firm
"Their ability to listen is impressive."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of a tax accounting and consulting services firm. Our emphasis is on small-business tax preparation, but we have a good number of individual clients. We also provide consulting services.
What challenge were you trying to address with PHENYX?
I was doing all the marketing myself when we started the firm five years ago. I knew what to do with Facebook, I created the first logo, and I basically did everything myself. We did relatively well, going from 60 to about 300 returns in five years, and our income went from $60,000 to $350,000 gross revenue currently.
I did a good job, but the issue was that I couldn’t do it all by myself while doing returns, consulting, and everything else.
I needed to completely change the branding of the firm. People would often say that our logo looked old, and it was very traditional. I wanted something more contemporary, yet elegant.
What was the scope of their involvement?
PHENYX completely redesigned our logo and colors. They took over our SEO, including keyword research, and our Facebook, YouTube, and Google PPC. They also created a new website for us. We had a website before, but it wasn’t customized to what we wanted.
They helped me figure out who my market was, and that was key. They then created a content calendar for us. We have video content, and we film every month for posting on social media.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with Jacob (Creative Lead), Jeff (Business Development Specialist), and Charity (President).
Jacob is the one who put together the website. He does all the technical stuff and design work.
Jeff focuses on analytics, and Charity oversees the whole thing.
How did you come to work with PHENYX?
I happened to be in the same building as them. I was having a conversation with Jeff. We were talking about what we did, and we got into the topic of marketing. I told him where I wanted to go, and he thought PHENYX could help.
How much have you invested with them?
The total contract is for $17,000, and we’ve paid them $10,750 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with PHENYX around May 2020, and our relationship is ongoing. We have a one-year contract.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The quality of the video is just magnificent. I used to do video myself, but I’d just turn on the camera and go. PHENYX does high-quality productions.
They sit down with me every month and show me metrics in terms of how many people are calling, how many hits we got on the website, and how long people are staying on the site, and what they’re looking for.
We were on the first page of results when I gave PHENYX the site, and we’ve stayed there, even though I was told by someone else that we’d lose our position if we changed platforms.
Even though I don’t ask my customers what they think about our website, I get a lot of comments about how much they love it, and that it’s easy to use and helpful.
How did PHENYX perform from a project management standpoint?
We typically communicate through email. I meet with them physically for the video shoots, and I meet with Charity and Jeff every month to go over what’s happened so far, what the results have been, and what direction we need to take moving forward.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their ability to listen is impressive. They don’t have an agenda – they care about our goals. Jeff asked us the right questions, and I’ve found few marketers could actually do this.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I really can’t say that there is. I can’t fault them for anything. Nobody’s perfect, but, whenever I wanted something fixed or changed, they just jumped on it with no excuses.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I advise clients to let PHENYX tell them what they can do before hearing the price. I’m from an accounting firm, and most people in my field won’t pay that much money for advertising. It’s not going to be cheap, but clients should listen to what they have to offer.

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re an online breeding supply store called My Breeder’s Supply. I wear many hats, but I’m more of the general manager of the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with PHENYX?
We needed to bring our website up to date and make it mobile-friendly.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We partnered with PHENYX to shoot new photos of our products. They shot roughly 4,000 images of our products.
We’ve also partnered with them to do some marketing, which we’re about three weeks into. They’ve just started to run the analytics. They’re running some Google Ads for us, and they’re managing some of our social media accounts.
Also, when we went to them, we didn’t have a logo, color scheme, or permanent branding. They helped us rebrand our company.
What is the team composition?
I work with Jeff (Business Development Specialist), Jacob (Creative Lead), and CJ (Creative Director) in person, while I worked with Charity (President) and Cherub (Digital Content Specialist) over the phone.
How did you come to work with PHENYX?
I had a relationship with Jeff and CJ before they started PHENYX. When they started the company, I watched them in the background for a while. They did some things with another company down south, which I noticed on social media. I consulted them and asked what they thought we needed. After consulting with them for a bit, we decided to go into active marketing.
How much have you invested with them?
I believe our contract is for between $1,200–$1,500 a month.
What is the status of this engagement?
This project started around the end of July 2020, and we’re working with PHENYX to this day.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our website went live around the second week of October, and we’ve gotten great reviews and customer feedback. The website is doing wonders as far as ease and functionality are concerned. Our business has been in a steady growth pattern for the last eight months, so it’s hard to say what impact the website has had, but I can say that the website and working with them has been fantastic. They’ve been very professional, and the customer service is spot on.
However, as far as marketing, we’ve only been running Google Ads with them for a couple of weeks.
How did PHENYX perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate through email, text, or direct phone calls. They’re Johnny on the spot, so anytime I call and they don’t answer, I have a response back in minutes. I haven’t had any problems with that.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Jeff has lots of great ideas, and he’s super driven to help us perform. He doesn’t just come up with ideas off the top of his head — he researches different metrics and ways of marketing, and he sends me all kinds of links. If I need a different service, he’ll give us different options. For instance, we had some issues with how we track and ship. He researched it and gave us a couple of different options, even though they’re products they don’t sell. It feels like we have them on board as our team members any time we need outside information that can help our business.
I highly recommend PHENYX to anybody that’s looking to grow their business or even just refresh a website. They have a lot of knowledge in the branding area.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I might have some ideas in six months, but I don’t have anything that I can think of right now.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I don’t think there’s any way that you can come out of a deal with PHENYX and not feel like you hired them, and they’re there to work for you. I never feel like that.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the business center manager of Office Evolution Longmont. We’re a commercial office, co-working meeting room, and shared workspace model. We’re a franchise and have 72 offices nationwide. However, we also have eight corporate offices. I manage one of the corporate locations here in Longmont.
What challenge were you trying to address with PHENYX?
I needed a virtual tour video. Due to current circumstances with the pandemic, people weren’t willing to see the offices in-person.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We explained the areas we wanted to highlight. They did an aerial view with a drone and captured the environment of the walking pass and nearby restaurants. The video gives an overall idea of the atmosphere in our location. It has background music, and we added text to each room to give details about that area.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Jeff (Business Development Specialist) and Jacob (Creative Lead).
How did you come to work with PHENYX?
PHENYX is an office member that utilizes the shared workspace. Since they’ve been members here, we knew they’d be able to provide a member perspective and highlight the features they love.
I had seen some of their work because I follow them on social media and was so impressed with what they did so I engaged with them. I believe in supporting our members and new companies that are evolving here. The engagement was a dual purpose of promoting my space and promoting them for the great work they do.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested between $4,000–$5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement started and finished in September 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The video is really interactive. My fellow business center managers are so jealous because they don’t have a virtual tour video. I was able to work it out with my budget to afford to have one. Everyone was impressed with the video format and presentation. One of my colleagues wanted to emulate the exact same thing for their location.
I published it on LinkedIn, and it received great user engagement. A lot of people loved it and wanted the contact information. Their team is so dynamic. They’re creative in thinking outside of the box with their thought process. It’s clear they’re on top of what’s current, what sells, and what doesn’t sell.
How did PHENYX perform from a project management standpoint?
We had regular meetings where we’d look at drafts and go back-and-forth about them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m very impressed with the diversity and their eye for detail. There’s a contemporary feel and uniqueness to their presentation. Their videos are eye-catching and bring people in through engagement.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, nothing comes to mind.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re always the first people I recommend when someone is looking for something like this.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a performance marketer running my own freelance business serving B2B & eCommerce brands with digital advertising solutions.
For what projects/services did your company hire PHENYX, and what were your goals?
I needed the help of talented web designers and developers, specifically in Webflow to help build my website.
How did you select PHENYX and what were the deciding factors?
Phenyx has a spectacluar website themselves. Their Webflow skills are unmatched anywhere I found on the internet. I also know some members on their team through a previous professional engagement and knew that they were communicative, professional, and talented.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
I needed to have 3 additional custom pages designed and built within Webflow for my website. I needed a team that could take my ideas and turn them into design mocks, then execution. They walked me through a few brainstorming sessions, came to me with design mocks, and then knocked development out of the park.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked with Jacob, their head of creative strategy primarily. Though I also had excellent communications with Jeff & Charity, the co-founders.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Phenyx's work allowed me to showcase my expanded advertising offerings to potential prospects. Their work has led to new deals for my business and increased monthly revenue.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
The team is comfortable with Zeplin, Sketch, Figma, Webflow, and more. They also were very effective Zoom communicators, always available to answer my questions.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The level of personability was unmatched. Though I was receiving a highly professional service, the team at Phenyx treated me in a warm, welcoming, and sociable way. They are professionals who also know how to be friendly.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Their team is super in demand. I would love to see them offer more e-commerce centric solutions in the future.
