Please describe your company and your position there.

I was a Project manager handing sound india projects of India's premium apparel brand. I use to oversee the store design, trade show setups & fit outs.

For what projects/services did your company hire PEPERSALT?

we needed a help in the trade show setup's execution as the timelines were very less from the creative to the execution. All creative has been made in house and peper salt use to help us with the printing and installation.

What were your goals for this project?

With the help of these tradeshow we use to display the new collections of the seasons to all the channel partners who use to trade with us. Hence this projects use to be more crucial and challenging jobs.

How did you select this vendor?

i know peper salt through their works and was refereed by many friends, I have seen their works & projects at many places and this made me to work with peper salt for our projects.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Peper salt use to help us with the printing and installation of the flex & vinyl wraps for an area about 5000sft.

What was the team composition?

i use to interact directly with they director mostly, but some times i use to interact with their executives & accounts team too, they are very professionals.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with peper salt helped me in completing the project before time and which was been appreciated by the Management.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Yes the interaction levels within the teams was amazing, since these are the time bond projects we have to work with zero errors. His team is very professional and understands the situations & time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Commitment is the most impressive thing, they used to support me whenever there was a need.

Are there any areas for improvement?

for me they are good but they can still improve more on the timelines.
