I’m the owner and president of an athletic marketing company that outfits thousands of athletic teams across the United States.
What challenge were you trying to address with PeopleTree Knowledge Services?
We look to them to support us during our peak seasons by providing customer support services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
PeopleTree helps us with order entry and customer service including phone, email, and chat support.
What is the team composition?
At our busiest times, we had six team members that supplemented our existing team. We also had very strong support from their executive leadership.
How did you come to work with PeopleTree Knowledge Services?
Our web partner introduced us to their owner and he came down to our offices for preliminary discussions. We quickly got started after going over our scope of the project.
How much have you invested with them?
The costs varied month-over-month depending on the number of staff members we were working with.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2017, and the engagement concluded with the end of our busy season about six months later.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
This was a new strategy for us that proved to be very beneficial. Our internal staff was very impressed with the quality of service they provided. They did a great job working with our team and our customers alike.

They integrated with our existing team smoothly and efficiently. Their leadership team was very helpful and very responsive throughout the project.

I’m one of the owners of a construction management company.
What challenge were you trying to address with PeopleTree Knowledge Services?
We engaged PeopleTree Knowledge Services to provide back-office support because we were just starting our business.
What was the scope of their involvement?
PeopleTree Knowledge Services supports me in doing my tasks. Their back-office services include handling all my organization’s paperwork and that involves taking care of our document control and drafting work.
What is the team composition?
I’ve dealt with many people since we started working with them over three years ago, but we usually collaborate with at least 7–8 people. They have different teams for drafting and document control.
How did you come to work with PeopleTree Knowledge Services?
I found them through a mutual friend. When I engaged with one of the owners of PeopleTree Knowledge Services, he was very reliable and confident. As a result, I felt that PeopleTree Knowledge Services was the best fit for us. In the end, it was a no-brainer for me to partner with them.

We’ve spent $35,000–$50,000.

We started working with them in April 2018, and we continue to collaborate.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
If our external clients are happy, that means that my company and PeopleTree Knowledge Services have succeeded together. As a result, as I grow my company, I know that their team will grow together with me.
How did PeopleTree Knowledge Services perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate through phone and emails. In addition, we often have tight deadlines, and they have met all of them. Overall, PeopleTree Knowledge Services have exceeded my expectations.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their customer service has been impressive. They usually work five days a week, but they’re willing to extend their working hours if we have deadlines. During the busy season, they usually work 6–7 days a week. Above all, they ensure that we satisfy the needs of our external clients, and they keep things running smoothly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing that I can think of right now.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
PeopleTree Knowledge Services is a great company, and you should definitely collaborate with them. If their offered services line up with what you need, it’s a no-brainer to have them on board. Above all, they’re very efficient, cooperative, and hardworking.

I am the CEO and co-founder of Recruiterflow - we are a leading CRM purpose built for staffing and recruiting firms.
For what projects/services did your company hire PeopleTree Knowledge Services, and what were your goals?
People-tree is helping us integrate our APIs with other products and partners. People-tree has helped us integrate with TotalJobs and other data services helping us built features essential to our customers.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Referred to by a customer who is also a customer of People Tree.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
At Recruiterflow, we are a CRM for recruiters and executive search firms. Being a CRM, we integrate with a host of other software and products that are mission critical to our customers. People-tree helps us integrate our API - most of which is public API and develop integrations with other apps that are critical to our customers.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Worked with a 3 people team - project manager and 2 developers. While their CEO Harsh has always been involved in delivery and supporting us exceptionally well! Harsh Shah - Founder & CEO Rushit - PM Prashant Gowda - Developer Kiran Kumar - Developer
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We used to have atleast a 3 month turn around time for new integrations for our customers. With People-tree, we've been able to reduce that to less than a month - much to delight of our customers. Our NPS has increased and People Tree's efforts have had a large part to play in this.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Worked on agile methodology - which aligns ell with our internal project management process. Sprints are 3 weeks long and 1 sprint is generally all that would require for us to develop, test and deploy the API integration. For communication, we use Slack where people tree team members are part of the shared channels.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Clarity of thought and speed of execution. A team of thorough professionals who know what they are doing, communicate well and deliver always on time!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
People Tree has far exceeded our expectations and wouldn't have done anything differently.
The PeopleTree team worked efficiently to understand the client’s business and ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across support mediums. They trained quickly and integrated well with the existing team.
