Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of Compass Wire Cloth, a manufacturing company. We make wire mesh screening for particle filtration.
What challenge were you trying to address with PCH Technologies?
We needed someone to outsource all of our IT needs.
What was the scope of their involvement?
PCH Technologies is our IT service provider; they monitor our ERP system, we buy our hardware from them, they’ve purchased our servers, manage our cloud infrastructure, and take care of our cyber security. They also come once a month to give maintenance to our IT infrastructure.
In addition, their team assisted us in migrating from our CRM system to our current ERP process.
Also, since they’ve been with us for so long and know our systems, they’re part of our strategic meetings to help us decide where to go with our business plans.
What is the team composition?
We’ve been working with Tim (Founder), their marketing and client relationship teams, and their technicians.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2005, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve been able to get us up and running whenever we have issues; we once had a storm that fried all of our servers, and they could restore our entire system within a couple of days with the data backups they do.
How did PCH Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
We have weekly online and in-person meetings to develop solutions and create plans for our future projects — they’re part of everything we do. They also have good communication and a useful helpdesk.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They know the inner workings of our company and have never given us a reason to look for other providers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

I'm the CEO of a small 501c6 membership based organization.
For what projects/services did your company hire PCH Technologies?
We outsourced all of our IT services and were looking for a managed service provider that could provide the right level of support at the right price for our organization. PCH provides all support, helpdesk and onboarding and offboarding of employees for our completely virtual and remote workforce.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We did an RFP and then had final interviews. PCH seemed like the best fit from a services, price and overall culture for our workforce.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
PCH handles all of our software and hardware licenses, purchases, inventory, as well as helpdesk. Additionally, they provide us cybersecurity services and staff training.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We have had a core team of three or four key account execs and helpdesk/support personnel.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Overall, we have had tremendous success in ensuring our staff is working as effectively and efficiently as possible with PCH's help and guidance.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow has been tremendously successful and their responsiveness to our staff has been great. We have had nearly zero downtime for any employees during their tenure.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have always quickly adapted to us and our needs. Even when we transitioned from a physical to a virtual environment, they were responsive and quick to move and adapt.

I am the CFO for an Automotive Repair company. We specialize in Fleet service for repairs and routine maintenance.
For what projects/services did your company hire PCH Technologies?
Our company outgrew our previous IT company and needed someone who offered more service and protection. They have more than met our expectations.
How did you select PCH Technologies and what were the deciding factors?
I met Devin through our Outside Sales Rep and were able to have preliminary discussions regarding our needs. They sent out a specialist to review our current set up and figure out our growth plans. They allowed us to keep our existing structure but add better products and services to support our growth.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
We have an unlimited hours service call package. We are able to get assistance at any time without needing to worry about going over our hours. They also have been able to get a plan together for our growth plans that will be executed in 2022.
How many resources from the PCH Technologies team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I have worked with 4 to 5 employees over the course of our time there. Their Sales Rep, Devin, the specialist who came out, James and other service specialists depending on our issues. They have all been very helpful and supportive.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were able to seamlessly transition to PCH without any issues. They also have a plan in place for when we transition to a new space.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have been able to have open communication and workflow regardless of any issue that has come up.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They make it feel like we are their only client when we are in a time of need. They have also helped us step up our security and protection without any interference to our workflow. I feel their care about our shared success, and they have been a great partner for us.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We had some struggles with MFA roll out but they were able to accommodate and accomplish getting it in place.
The client is delighted with PCH Technologies' ability to overcome issues to keep their servers up and running. They have constant communications and meetings to keep all parties involved with the company's future plans. The team also praises their commitment to learning their inner workings.
