Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the pastor at Bethel Church. My church is a bible believing, bible preaching, and bible teaching nonprofit.
For what projects/services did your company hire PC40 Interactive, and what were your goals?
I hired PC40 Interactive to create a website for my church since we did not currently have one. My goal was to share information with individuals looking for a church to attend in their area.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I found out about PC40 Interactive through a meetings and events magazine and reached out to them. PC40 Interactive was super easy to work with and helped me every step of the way.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The project started with PC40 Interactive going on an onsite visit to capture and produce photos and videos that would be showcased on the website. I supplied text that I wanted on the website, and PC40 edited the copy and had me approve it before it was finalized. They then took content that I wanted to use on the website and developed it using WordPress.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were three people from PC40 Interactive who worked on this project. I worked with the content produce/editor, the client manager, and both of them worked with the developer who created the website.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
I had new members join the church after visiting the website. It has brought more awareness to Bethel Church in the community.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
PC40 Interactive made sure that the content and website production schedule stayed on track and had a very professional way of reminding me to meet my own deadlines to the complete the project.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The PC40 Interactive team was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I was able to actually meet and get to know the people behind the team.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
If PC40 Interactive could anything differently, it would be to find ways to make the process as understandable as possible. As I'd say, "They were very good at trying to teach an old dog new tricks." Other than that, there is nothing else that could be perfected with the way they conduct business and the personal relationship you build with these great people.

I am the CEO/Founder of Small Town Girls Play Big
For what projects/services did your company hire PC40 Interactive, and what were your goals?
My website was developed as a membership site for women interested in personal and professional development. The front in is for information about my organization and the backend is for members to access training, calendars, zoom links, photos, etc.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
PC40 Interactive was a referral from a colleague of mine in the St. Louis area.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had multiple meetings with the web builder to talk about design, layout, and purpose of the website. The proposal included 3 phases of development. We are currently in phase 3.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had approximately 3-4 people working on our project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching phase 1 of the website, we were able to launch our organization . Phase 2 allowed our members to have access to multiple trainings, podcasts, blogs, etc. Phase 2 helped us organize our membership base. I anticipate that once Phase 3 is done, traffic to the website will increase and sales will go up.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
There were multiple timelines established by the web builder to keep me on track with information they needed. There were frequent ZOOM calls and emails that clarified the scope of the project.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The website looks amazing. I am very pleased with their work. We feel like they were able to capture our vision for the website and make it a reality.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There seemed to be some miscommunication about deadlines and some kinks in the website at first. However, they have been quick to correct any miscommunication and work out the kinks. They are very easy to talk to.
